Account Manager – Java Branch
(Java Branch)
Responsibilities:

  • Develop assigned account in order to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Build and maintain existing customer in order to increase customer loyalty and achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication team to execute Marketing Activity Program on potential area which can be developed to be new account in order to increase the number of existing account to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Communicate with existing customer regularly in order to update any information related to the existing project and obtain any issues of the products to be solved properly.
  • Set up monthly meeting with Acer Elite Partner in order to get updating information related with development of AEP Program or other project which need AEP support and to meet AEP needs
  • Coordinate with 3rd party to meet good relationship with Customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Determine the right Partner for giving support and providing company products to customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Liaise with Sales Administration and Logistic Department in order to monitor sales administration and ACER's product delivery to ensure delivery process to Customer on schedule

Requirements:

  • To be placed in Central Java (1) and East Java (1)
  • 5 (five) years experience in Sales in IT industry and 3 (three) years in Account Manager position
  • Bachelor degree in IT / Engineering / Management
  • Ability to lead the solution team
  • Have a strong business relationship and networking with public / private sector
  • Have the capability to professionally approach, persuade, propose and closing deals
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment


CRM Supervisor
(Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:
Complaint handling

  • Identify the potential complaint/dispute and work on the solution to resolve
  • Focus on solution given to dispute case by provide assistance, answers, trouble shooting and or solution to any dispute cases
  • Develop retention & loyalty program
  • Coordinate to related unit/PIC in order to resolve within required
  • SLA
  • Customer updated

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology/Science from reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the same field and 2 year experience in supervisory level
  • Have experience in customer/complaint handling
  • Able to develop loyalty/retention program and execute
  • Flexible working hour
  • Good problem solving skills
  • English is mandatory


Territory Sales Manager - Central Java 
(CM)
(Jawa Tengah)
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop sales program for assigned Master Dealer and Elite Partner in each territory in order to achieve the agreed sales target to be in line with department strategic objectives.
  • Develop an annual business plan (sales target, capability of MD & EP in territory) for assigned MD and EP in order to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Coordinate, monitor and motivate MD & EP in order to achieve the assigned sales target through market penetration or reseller gathering
  • Review sales performance of MD & EP in short term in order to determine action plan or improvement plan of their performance
  • Prepare regular performance and report status of sales activities compare to the agreed sales target and any deviations (if any) to superior, in order to support Superior in making the right decisions and action plan
  • Use allocated budget for implementation of sales program effectively and efficiently in accordance with the agreed budget in order to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Maintain good relationship with MD & EP in order to build loyalty toward Acer and increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • To be placed in Central Java
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), from any discipline (IT, Management or Engineering would be an advantage)
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Business in IT or Electronic/Consumer electronics industry with at least 2 years experience in area/ territory sales management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic and requirements
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales target
  • Strong analytical and high impact leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team Player and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Having own vehicle and willing to travel


Product Marketing (PM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and direct product strategies for Acer brand and monitor product portfolio in the assigned market segment (commercial/corporate) in order to achieve the agreed division target and company’s objective
  • Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of product strategy plan so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company’s objective
  • Determine proper market penetration strategy in order to enlarge Acer market segment in Indonesia so as to achieve department target and company business strategy
  • Review subordinate report and provide suggestion (if needed) to get a proper corrective action plan
  • Evaluate data analyze report from subordinate and identify proper action plan to be proposed to Superior and get the approval
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendor such as AMD, Intel, and Microsoft which related to co-branding activities so as to achieve department and company objective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Marketing Management from reputable University
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Industry as Product Marketing or Sales with at least 3 years in managerial level, especially
  • hardware in notebook, desktop, server, and
  • hardware in projector & LCD monitor
  • Highly analytical with strong math skills
  • Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy


Jr. Product Marketing (JPM)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and direct product strategies for Acer brand and monitor product portfolio in the assigned market segment (consumer/retail) in order to achieve the agreed division target and company’s objective
  • Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of product strategy plan so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company’s objective

CS Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
  • Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
  • Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
  • Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
  • Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
  • Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care

Requirements:

  • Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
