PURCHASING : Electrical Buyer Staff - SURABAYA
Requirements:

  • Based in SURABAYA OFFICE
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Arus Kuat� & Instrumentation) from reputable University, min GPA: 3,00
  • Has experience 2-3 years as a Buyer or in Purchasing field
  • Advance in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
  • Advance in MS Office operation (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Conversant with English (Oral/Written is a must)
  • Commercial awareness, hand on, hard worker, neat, diligent, self starter, organizational skills, leadership, and communication capability

Job Description:

  • Vendor search / alternative vendor / vendor development
  • Technical clarification with user
  • Technical calculation to re-check with user
  • Cost estimation in order of commercial sense (RAB)
  • Negotiation and finalization
  • Monitoring the delivery of & services
  • Resolve commercial matters, outstanding payment to suppliers, and to communicate with Finance Department


Civil Maintenance Planner Staff - PANDAAN
Responsibilities:

  • Preparing strategy and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance in specific line assignment.
  • Ensure spare part availability
  • Make cost and activity analysis

Requirements:

  • Based in PANDAAN OFFICE.
  • Having experience as Engineer for min 1 year
  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with min GPA 3.00
  • Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, good in numbers, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
  • Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must
  • Conversant with Mandarin (Oral / Written) is an advantage
  • Advance in MS office operation (Excel, Word, Power Point)


Mechanical Maintenance Planner Staff - PANDAAN
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing strategy and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance in specific line assignment.

Requirements:

  • Having 2 years experience as Admin Staff in any department

EHS Staff - PANDAAN
Responsibilities:
  • Identification and implementation Guide EHS System
  • Combine to production procedure with Safety System Standard

Requirements:
  • Based in PANDAAN
  • Experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable University min GPA: 3.00.
  • Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
  • Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must

Invoicing Staff - SURABAYA
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for making invoice, check it, and release before the deadline.

Requirements:
  • Based in Surabaya Office.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, GPA 3,00
  • Experience in invoicing min. 1 year
  • Male/ Female, Age 23 - 30 years old
  • Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, good in numbers, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
  • Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must
  • Advance in MS office operation (Excel, Word, Power Point) 


Tax Specialist - SURABAYA
Responsibilities:
  • Making SPT Report, Tax calculation, Tax reconciliation, Tax planning, and Tax compliance

Requirements:
  • Based in SURABAYA OFFICE
  • Has experience 3-4 years in taxation in KKP or KAP is a must
  • Experience as Tax Specialist in KKP and Manufacturing Company is and advantage
  • Capable in deferred tax is an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University min GPA: 3.00.
  • Can work as part of team and independently, strong development thinking, strong interpersonal skill, good in numbers, responsible, hard worker, highly commitment to company, easy going person
  • Conversant with English (Oral / Written) is a must
