Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in Human Resources Planning and Program to ensure the company have skillful and competence employee to support the attainment of organization's business objectives and also employee's individual career plan/development

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): familiar with competency based human resources development, Experience in designing and delivering variety of learning initiatives.
