After a worldwide merger between pharmaceutical giant Glaxo International and Burroughs Wellcome in 1996, a group of foreign and local investors acquired ex-PT.Burroughs Wellcome manufacturing plant in Indonesia and established a new company, which is called Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories which has a status as a foreign investment company and registered with Indonesian Coordinating Investment Board (BKPM).

Sales Representatives
(Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Pontianak, Makassar)
Requirements:

• D3 or high school graduates
• Having a motorcycle and SIM C
• Having 1 year experience in the field of sales / marketing will be an advantage
• For placement: Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Pontianak, Makassar
• 25 Full-Time positions available.

Supervisor Kendaraan Operasional & Maintenance
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Car Poll Schedule, vehicle inventory (head office & branches), the procurement of new inventory of vehicles, vehicle maintenance and repair inventory

Requirements:

• Male, Maximum 30 years
• S1 Mechanical Engineering / Automotive

Minimum 3 years in the same field. Has experience as a workshop or the operational coordinator of transportation services will be added value

• Having knowledge and experience in the treatment of a car with gasoline engines
• Having a good service orientation

HRD Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)
Requirements:

• Familiar with all aspect HRD Administrative functions such as: absent record, over time, medical claim, JAMSOSTEK, punishment system, promotion and mutation.
• Has at least 1 year experience in HRD/Personnel
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Recruitment Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Barat)
Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing activities
• Establish and maintain relationship with 3rd party for candidates' sourcing
• Conduct campus / school recruitment
• Scoring and interpretation of psychological assessment result

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Program Profesi Psikolog
• Familiar with psychological assessment tools such as DAM, BAUM, Wartegg, Kraeplin, Pauli, IST. Tintum, Kostic, etc
• Willing to travell
• Required skill(s): Psychometric and Psychodiagnostic.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
