Problem Accounts Officer (PAO)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling accounts receivable in accordance with the bucketnya problem, especially in solving customer problems that have repeatedly does not fulfill its obligations. Daily tasks include analysis of customer profiles from different aspects including the history of claims and deciding the proper and best way to resolve problems that occur, while maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities:
- As financial company, the incumbent will be responsible to manage credit approval and performance of every customer. Maintaining liabilities in branch as our company’s policies and procedures will be your daily activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Credit Collection Head (preferably in financing company or banking), min S1, GPA 3.00 from reputable university, not more than 33 years old, strong leadership to manage and develop subordinates, having a good analytical and critical thinking, and having expertise about credit recommendation. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
Service Head (SHE)

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. Sales Head (SAH)

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company’s service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, great networking and good impact influence. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
Branch Manager (BM)

Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage company operation (branches) that includes Sales, Service, Credit and Collection area. The responsibilities cover strategic idea to foster the growth of branch and implemented operational activities that support those vision. At the same time, the incumbent should able to foster the target, managing risk and give the excellent service to the customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Branch Manager (preferably in financing company or banking), strong in management skill specifically in leadership and developing subordinates, strong strategic thinking to create branch vision, strong networking, communication and presentation skill. Literate in English is a must. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
