ADMIN STAFF
Based Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Assist tax team in admin work
- In charge of filing administration
- Assist finance team in getting invoice approvals for payment
Requirements :
- D3 accounting, high school graduate is also welcome
- 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate is welcome
- Standard English ability
- Good communication skill and team work
- Fast learner
- Willing to work overtime
FINANCE STAFF
Based Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Process payment on time, accurate
- Input journals of Account payable and bank payment
- Liaise with site team, tax team, and procurement to ensure payment on time and valid/accurate
- Input loan and interest journal
- Prepare interest and withholding tax calculation
- Prepare weekly report
- Ensure on time month end closing and prepare balance sheet reconciliation
Requirements :
- D3 accounting, preferable S1
- 1-2 years experience, fresh graduate is welcome
- Standard English ability
- Good communication skill and team work
- Fast learner
- Willing to work overtime
