Food Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to control technical processes to meet the development schedule.
  • Responsible to define the quality product positioning & differentiation.
  • Responsible to harmonize technical specifications according to the law, regulations and consumer preferences.
  • Supervise 3 Food Quality Assurances.
  • Participate in joint working groups and ensure coordination with the technical quality network (internal & externals party).

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food scientist & chemist (dairy products, fresh products, dry groceries, and chemicals)

Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a comprehensive training package that encompasses both these elements in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfil the needs of the organisation.
  • Responsible for executing the entire training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.
  • Assists in managing external vendor relationships.
  • Assists with new employee orientation.
  • Develops and delivers management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, costs, benefits, etc.
