Executive, Project Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all requests for admin and secretarial assistance for implementation and planning groups.
  • Coordinate with procurement to obtain and input cost details related to Technology Group Purchase Order.
  • Input BBQ data received from Vendors to ASTra database and produce Cost Control Reports.
  • Receive, register, and circulate Inspection Reports, Contract Change Request, and Network Augmentation Orders.
  • Act as back up for other Project Control team members in case of absence.

Executive, Regional Planning Support

Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial network planning manager to continuously plan and monitor the company's commercial network coverage, also to make adjustments to the plan where necesssary
  • Update all information regarding corporate also competitor coverage

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse research inquiries from related department/sub-department
  • Discuss intensively the research inquiries with the end user
  • Advise the best approach to meet the pre-defined research objective
  • Plan and execute qualitative research inquiries
  • Writing research brief to be submitted to agencies
  • Organize and develop system that is able to cater internal research inquiries under limited budget, i.e. respondents recruitment, venue arrangement


Requirements:
