Proposal Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals, and bid preparation for customer evaluation.
- Utilizes technical knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.
- Proofreads, edits, and reviews written proposal material during proposal effort to ensure customer defined requirements are met.
- Verifying the completeness of all tender documents while maintaining its confidentiality prior to submission.
- Liaising with relevant parties in conjunction with the effort of completing of the tender documents in time
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- High attention to details
- Good organizing skills
- Good command in English is a must
- Previous experience dealing with tender/bid or contract documents are preferrable.
