Cost Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Cost recording, Cost analysis and control.
• Capture funds committed based on approved request from the respective CH Department.
• Measure funds committed againts operating plan/ latest estimates.
• Manage accruals and provisions by month based on information from the CH division and accounting dept.
• Interface closely with finance/ accounting to ensure consistent and accurate cost recording and accruals.
• Gross to net sales capturing and accruals.
• Capture gross to net sales reductions from the sales department (shelf space cost, dicounts, etc.)
• Manage accruals and provisions based on information from the sales dept. and actual payment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Having 1-2 years experince in related field or Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Possess good in english and proficient in Exel.
• Possess good interpersonal and coommunication skill.

Associate Product Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Understand the customers and environment: conducts market research.
• Formulates & develops marketing strategies, including 5-year plan.
• Implements the Marketing Strategy, through annual/cyclical plan of action (POA).
• Supports Sales team to deliver sales objectives & activities.
• Builds KOLs endorsement & advocates, networks with other stakeholders.
• Demonstrates high level of product knowledge and therapy area knowledge under responsibility.
• Monitors performance and controls A&P budget.
• Team effectiveness, including Merck network.
• Adherence to Merck Serono and industry code of conducts, ethics and code of marketing practice.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as product executive in pharmaceutical industri is required for this position.
• Possess knowledge in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Possess analytical thinking, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess strategic orientation skill, relationship with KOL, speakers & specialist association skill, change & innovation skill and team work skill.
• Fluent in english.
• Willing to work on weekend.
• Willing to work on under pressure conditions.
• Willing to travel and overnight.

Application Specialist for Biomonitoring
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Supporting product manager/ product specialist in developing product marketing strategy. It also concern the first of the "4P"s of marketing, which are product, pricing, place and promotion implementation which has been developed.
• Implementing the product straregy and roadmap
• Identify market trends and provide feedback on competitive product including strenghts & weaknesses.
• Monitoring of the Sales development of the responsible product group, including the implementation of measures to assure the achievement of the plan.
• Preparing sales and promotional material, including annual price lists, or demonstration units
• Developing people in team
• Inventory management and product registration
• Administration and report

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Microbiology, Biology, BioTechnology, Chemistry or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Has Good Communication and Negotiation Skill.
• Possess ability communication (fluent) with english (both written and spoken).
