- Ensure achievement of service level agreement of all cloud computing services.
- Support customers and/or partners on using the services.
- Managed issue handling and its resolution within agreed service level agreement.
- Defined and continuously improve SOP for support activies.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing IT operation and/or maintenance.
- Able to manage and work with people/team accross different organization & units.
