Admin Assistant for Corporate Affair

Requirements:
Education/Experience :

  • Secretarial academy or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience as secretary preferably with multinational company/major local corporation
  • Having 3 – 4 years experience in liaising with government body or external parties related with permit or regulation

Special knowledge and Additional Qualifications :

  • Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willingness to serve, seeing the fulfillment of others’ needs as a challenge to accomplish and not as a burden
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Able to work with limited supervision, by applying previous experience





Field Assistant Harvester - Hindoli Mukut
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Planning daily and monthly working program
  • Utilizing operational budget to achieve high performance and effective yet efficient based on financial aspect according to SOP.
  • To organize and monitor all harvest activities according to SOP and other parameters, such as achieving production target, on budget, and efficiency in utilizing worker and tools.
  • Timely manner and regularly reporting
  • To guide and organize activities on the field and ensure good teamwork and morale.
  • Conducting training for overseers and harvester employee based on the development plan
  • Ensure all equipment in well maintained condition and ready to use.
  • Ensure all palms upkeep run based on LK3MKP policy and government regulation.
  • Maintain good relationship with local community

Requirements:

General

  • Agriculture graduation, Diploma or SPMA with min 3years of working experience
  • Having good leadership skill


Technical

  • Deep understanding and applied in Estate Management
  • Able to read compass and map
  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
  • Deep understanding and applied in OMP and TOP
  • Able to perform Environmental Impact Analysis
  • Deep understanding in ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 and SMK3 (OHSAS 18001:1999)
