Business Process Analyst
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
The Business Process Analyst is primarily responsible for re-engineering current state (As is) processes to future state (To Be) processes and validating that business requirements are covered by the To Be solution (processes, data, and systems).

The Business Process Analyst is tasked with :
Providing business and functional expertise within a specific area (e.g. Record to Report, Forecast to Deploy, Procure to Pay, Market to Cash, Human Resource Management Business Intelligence and Reporting, Master Data management).
Supporting the business Process Lead in securing business buy in of the To Be processes.
Ensuring the end-to-end process design is detailed, and in conjunction with the Business Systems Analyst, is quality checked, covers the business requirements and is effectively tested prior to deployment

Requirements:
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification :
Having 5+ year’s broad industry experience in allocated functional area.
Business processes knowledge within a specific area (e.g. Finance FI, CO, Sales and Distribution SD, Materials Management MM, Warehousing LE, WM, Quality QM, Customer Management CRM, Human Resources and Material and Customer Master Data)
Change capability and readiness
User acceptance testing
Ability to analyze & design business process
Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from various sources
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality compliance with established project standards
Ideally tertiary qualified in IT or related discipline with strong English skills

Business System Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • The Business Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for defining the TO Be system design requirements, ensuring the system requirement are built according to design specifications and coordinating end-to-end testing of the system in preparation for deployment.


The Business systems analyst is tasked with :

  • Providing application systems expertise within a specific area (e.g. Record to Report, Forecast to Deploy, Procure to Pay, Market to Cash, Human Resource Management Business Intelligence and Reporting, Master Data management).
  • Supporting the business Process Lead in securing business buy in of the To Be processes.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end process design is detailed, and in conjunction with the Business Systems Analyst, is quality checked, covers the business requirements and is effectively tested prior to deployment


Requirements:

System Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • The System Administrator will be responsible to provide SAP and Wintel administration services to Indonesian SAP users and the CCA Group of Companies (The CCA group of Companies operate in 5 countries in Asia/Pacific).


As a System Administrator you will be responsible for :

  • Manage users add/ move/ change/ delete access requests across SAP, Wintel and iSeries environments
  • Manage incidents and problems related to user administration
  • Manage self development to develop skills across a number of technologies
  • Generate weekly reports to demonstrating achieved service level
  • Maintain and challenge business process to achieve best practice
  • Work closely with other technical teams and solutions delivery teams to improve service level and support offering
  • Proactively identify areas for automation to improve efficiencies
  • Contribute to user forums to promote the team and user self-service options
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to company-wide Standards, Policies and Procedures
  • Contribute to the delivery of projects across the group
  • Escalate high priority incidents in line with the IT escalation framework


Requirements:

  • Accountable for the above functions, ideally you should have the following qualification :
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT, ideally in a beverage manufacturing environment or graduate applicant.
  • Experience administration SAP, iSeries or Wintel Technologies.
  • Experience in Problem solving or working in an ITIL environment.
  • Analytical skills to review business process and system design; to identify outcomes that enhance systems usability.
  • Ideally tertiary qualified in IT or related discipline with strong English skills
