To promote Public Private Partnership, PT SMI proactively builds strong relationship with private investor and multinational insitutions to finance various infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
PT SMI will always conduct capacity building by raising its funding capacity, developing financing products and assessing partnerships with third parties in infrastructure project financing, among others with Government Investment Unit (GIU), banks, private equities, pension funds, security companies and other parties.

In accordance with the above actions, PT SMI will also conduct internal capacity building in terms of capability and speeding up spirit, motivation and integrity of the employees according to the Company motto.

Going forward, PT SMI plans to strengthen the Company's capital structure and enhance the Company's leverage by conducting additional paid up capital and fund raising through capital market by issuing corporate bonds or securitization of infrastructure portfolio assets.

PT SMI will also continue establish relationships with several international institutions in order to increase the capacity of PT SMI as a leading Infrastructure Financing Company.

COMBEN & PERSONNEL ADMIN – SENIOR LEVEL
Requirements:

  • Male/Female, maximum 40 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major
  • Having min. 10 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking
  • Having  good experience in all activities of the compensation & benefit and rewards program
  • Having  good experience in all activities of the tax calculation, jamsostek, pension fund
  • Having  good experience in all activities of the personnel administration process
  • Having good knowledge in government regulations
  • Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships
  • Ability to explain and communicate complex topics in a straightforward way

  • Min. S1 Major in Economic Development, Management
  • Having min. 5 years experience in R&D area of works in Banks/ Financial Institution/ Government/ Multilateral Org.
  • Having a good experience in writing research report
  • Having a good presentation skill, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Hard working, fast learning, pleasant personality and straight character
  • Willing to work in a team and under pressure
  • Good command of English both written and spoken is a must


CASH MANAGEMENT & SETTLEMENT – Finance Div. Staff
Requirements:

  • Male/ Female, max 30 years old.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in accounting
  • Having min. 3 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking/ Multifinance
  • Having  good experience in all activities of the cash management (cash flow planning, A/P & A/R management etc)
  • Familiar with Oracle Finance Management System is a must
  • Having good knowledge in taxation, banking & capital market and credit agreement
  • Having good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Trustworthy, Precise, Self motivated, Teamwork & Hardworking
  • Good command of English both in written and spoken
