Compensation & Benefit Assistant
Jakarta Raya

  • To assist all HR administration and daily operation in the area of Compensation & Employee benefit. Another responsibilities are included but not limited to:
  • Provide information and advice to employees regarding personnel administration issues.
  • Prepare work contracts and other documents related to employment.
  • Organize joiners and leavers administration.
  • Maintain personnel records and check for information needed.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits plan (e.g. variable pay calculation, death & disability plan, etc).
  • Administer and compile employee data with regard to legal requirements.
  • Communicate and explain changes in policies, labor law and internal agreements.


  • We are looking for a dynamic professional, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to met the company goal with the highest level of quality result. The candidates should showing good services orientation, as well as showing strong determination and can do attitude. Another requirement are listed as follow:
  • Bachelor degree or higher from reputable university, majoring in social science discipline or any related major.
  • Preferably having one year experience in HR administration or payroll & employee benefit area.
  • Good attention to details, likely act as tidy and well organized person.
  • Possess some knowledge in labor law & HRIS will be an additional point.
  • Fluent in English, Proficient with Ms. Office application (mainly in Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
