Responsibilities:

  • Execute, deliver and administer the organization’s training programs in accordance with the organization’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future resource need of the business
  • Prepare and execute the training needs of individual or group of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
  • Source and recommend externally-provided programs which meet the needs of individual employees and are consistent with the organization’s overall training plan.
  • Provide information to employees about the organization’s training programs and policies, and arrange for employees to participate in internal and external training so that the organization’s training resources are allocated effectively.
  • Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records (including monitoring of training evaluation process for pre and post training activities as well as training feedback forms) in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.

Senior Water Management Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, Monitor, Control and supervise all water management works, produce accurate and complex engineering and cost calculations of dewatering and documents to ensure all output are accurate, consistent and in timely manner conform with international Engineering and Safety Standards and codes
  • Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifiying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordarnce with the Safety Management Plan.
  • Monitor and review all water management work and document to ensure all work adheres to international Engineering standards and codes as well as company’s management system.
  • Operate and control water management software packages and evaluate output to suggesting changes and improvement where needed.
  • Responsible for pump & pipe analysis to make recomendations to match the different Mine Site applications.
  • Responsible for the complete design of each ptp Mine site Water site Management Plan.
  • Responsible to work with our PTP Site engineering teams and clients for approval of Water Management Plans including the timely issuing of permits, compensation for sedimentation dams.
  • Privide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge


Requirements:

  • Min. 4 years experiences in Mining Engineering, specialist in Water Management (Dewatering) or Fuild Mechanics Engineering (pumping of other Fluids).

Senior Mining Engineer - Fleet Management System
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain the company's mining technology and system to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan by ensuring that the selected system is administered in a manner that delivers controlled and planned outcomes with deliberate intent
  • Assist in the deployment of the companies selected fleet management system.
  • Train site team members in the use of the fleet management system and train supervisors in pit control operations, as required.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the site engineers and management by establishing clear deliverables through goal setting and clear lines of accountability.
  • Undertake daily management of Mine Production Information and reporting system.
  • Work closely with ICT department and vendors to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Develop processes and procedures to help manage the fleet management system.
  • Review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports are free from errors


Requirements:

Senior Maintenance Planner
Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • This position is as a part of Maintenance Planning Team in Balikpapan- (execution team) with ultimate responsibility to Assist Maintenance Planning Superintendent in preparing of maintenance activities, major component maintenance schedules, and maintenance management initiatives and work practices
  • Senior Maintenance Planner Balikpapan will also be responsible to assist Maintenance Planners on sites for scheduling, planning and preparing major plant shutdowns. Responsible also for providing professional advice to planning team on sites on issues relating to maintenance programs as well as for condition monitoring, SOS result etc. Assisting in imrovement activities in the core maintenance processes on site
  • Ensuring the weekly maintenance plan is produced by site, activities are prioritised, managed effectively and are executed to spesification on time
  • The effective balance of planned work and unplanned work is an essential aspect of maintenance execution, and one that needs close attention in order to achieve availability targets
  • Monitor Daily equipment status and every effort should be made to assist site in reducing the total down time of equipment on site operation especially for P1 Category.
  • Liaise with project maintenance planner and maintenance superintendent to produce Scope of work of Component Change Out program and ensure all support documents are managed and comply. Such as; approved SOW list, Part list defect list schedule/ time frame, condition monitoring, CCOA.
  • To assist maintenance superintendent to provide work instruction regarding to maintenance planning procedure activities.
  • All critical SOS recommendation are allowed and actioned after consultation with the maintenance Superintendent before scheduling any SOS follow up action
  • Ensuring sites are record and document all tasks completed and related records, maintenance event, in order to ensure all maintenance events are recorded accurately, accurate, timely and reliably

Requirements:

  • Self-driven and self-sufficient, works flexible hours to accomodate the job requirments
  • Have a good communication skills both writing and speaking in english
  • Minimum experience and 3 years or more as a senior maintenance planner or a similiar role
  • Education requirments : - relevant qualifications ideally from mechanical/ heavy equipment background
  • Must be conversant with most up to date maintenance concept such as ms.Project, SAP/JDE or similiar with CMMS systems, MS word & Excel.
  • Able to develop major component replacement and financial forecasting will also be a necessisty


Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor the execution of a Mine Development Project (or section of a Project) including the liaison and control between Mining /Procurement/Construction to ensure that all materials and services that are purchased, fabricated, and constructed are delivered on time and in strict accordance with the approved project specifications and accepted industry codes, the development of preliminary assessments, prefeasibility studies, environmental assessment certificates, feasibility studies, mine and reclamation permits, and mine development
  • To Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Fabricators prior to award and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
  • Liase with mine engineering in defining mine planning and scheduling, including but not limited to pit or mine optimization, phase development sequences, mining schedules, equipment selection, and project cost estimation.
  • Be fully conversant with all Project Management Plans and all Company procedures. Enforce the use of the procedures and immediately identify any non compliances with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure all technical specifications and industry codes are strictly enforced by all Vendors and subcontractors.
  • Manage and efficiently close out all Technical Queries that are raised by all partners including Vendors, Subcontractors, and Construction personnel. Maintain a TQ status report to track all TQ’s.
  • Promote a Teamwork environment to get all members of the Team providing input to each situation. Take ownership of solutions and promote a positive reward culture.
  • Develop a Team to handle all Project Engineering activities. Prepare Position Descriptions for the team members and lead them to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and with efficiency.
  • Manage the interface between Procurement and Mining to ensure that Technical Bid Evaluations are prepared on a timely basis. Liaise with Vendors (via consultation with the Procurement Manager) as necessary to ensure that all technical aspects are dealt with prior to the award of work to Vendors and subcontractors. Attend the Kick-off meeting for all major orders.
  • Monitor the Project schedule and the schedule of Vendors/Fabricators and advise the Project Manager when issues are evident or likely to be reported incorrectly.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager and be involved with all constructability reviews during Project start-up.
  • Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure all Vendors are adhering to the approved Project specifications and codes. Raise issues as they arise and assist with the close-out of NCR’s.
  • Be commercially aware. Review the scope of work documents for all subcontracts and procured items to ensure that variations will be minimised. Liaise with the Project Services Manager for all issues surrounding the assessment of Variations by the project partners


Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering
  • Min 4 years of progressive experience in mine engineering and mining operations supervision and management; with some experience gained at operating coal mines.
  • Maximise Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted and followed by all Vendors and Fabricators to ensure the design life integrity is achieved.
  • Minimise re-work by being involved in constructability reviews.
  • Provide assistance to startup and commissioning team


Operation Superintendent

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively supervise all supply base resources in the field to ensure that the supply base is managed in a safe, efficient and profitable manner and all client contractual rewuirments are met. And to provide HSE leadership to all people who work or operate from the supply base
  • To manage and provide leadership to supply Base Supervisor controlling on a day to day basis all labour, direct or subcontract, and all non-labour resources in order to achieve the daily work requirements of the day.
  • Ssist the supply Base Management team to promote and develop team work.
  • Ensure supply base supervisors plan and manage that all necessary resources are available at site in order to meet the work schedule through regular site meetings and development of the daily plan.
  • Understanding the basics of the supply base budget and ensure that costs do not exceed budget.
  • Provide input into the Daily Plan, weekly progress and management reports.
  • Initiates, develops and assists with the implementation of each task and equipment utilization to improve effciency.
  • Assist the Supply Base HSE Superintendent in actively promoting a HSE culture and awareness.
  • Provide a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring tha pertinent topics are discussed at daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox meetings.
  • Assist the supply base Manager to communicate, both written and verbally, with senior management,supply base personnel and the various Cllient’s to ensure an open and ethical work environment.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of all supply base operations staff.
  • Documents and records field variations and client instructions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • Have 5 years in lifting industry in oil & gas company
  • Have strong leadership and character and able to manage, motivate chief ordinate by respect and avoid favouritsm
  • Understanding of HSE principle using common sense practices in all aspect of base Operataion

Mining Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, implement and improve mine plannning system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company’s mining operation
  • Control, monitor and liase with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
  • Control, monitor and liase with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
  • Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
  • Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
  • Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
  • Monitor, support and liase with HR department to Facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents


Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering.
  • With at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.

IR/ER Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, arrange, monitor and administer employee and industrial relation in order to provide an immediate support to all employees in conforming with all company’s regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist coordinator in develop, analyze, draft, gather and organize data for IR/ER guidelines/policies purposes such like SK, policy regulations in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/policies in line with company’s target and goals.
  • Perform secretarial duties (typing, correspondence, filing) including provide ID card for employees, travel arrangement for IR/ER & GA team, prepare IR/ER monthly report, maintain IR/ER & GA petty cash, arrange meeting/gathering and update membership association ( HR Mining Meeting, Apindo).
  • Gather and compile data for preparation of the man power report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan); register Wajib Lapor to Depnaker; Distribute the approved Wajib Lapor to internal company who need it; maintain relationship between Depnaker and or other associates if needed to ensure that Wajib Lapor is registered to Depnaker on time.
  • Assist coordinator in negotiation of labor dispute local issue in project and also conduct exit interview in order to represent company.
  • Prepare, register and administer counseling/warning letter for employees in order to ensure any warning letter/counseling process given are conforming to company’s procedure.
  • Socialize and accommodate all information that needs to be share to all employees, local community and local authority in order to maintain good communication.
  • Provide advice to all employee’s issue and administer them if any.
  • Conduct research and analysis on employee relations issues so that other managers, legal counsel, mediators and external consultants are well prepared to carry out bargain, negotiation and dispute resolution procedures.
  • Keep up to date with the employee relation climate in the organization and the industry also with the proposed and actual changes in employee relations regulations, so that the organization’s employee relation policies remain current and relevant.
  • Responsible for all process from preparing, carrying out, collecting and analyzing data from Employee Opinion Survey.
