LPDB-KUMKM is one of the financial institution owned by The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia. The Ministry formed an institution to optimize the management of revolving funds for cooperatives and SMEs institution in Indonesia. This instiution called Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) or Revolving Fund Management Institution Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This institution formed in August 2006 under Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulations Number 19.4/Per/M.KUKM/VIII/2006. This institution based in Jakarta and operated in all over Indonesia. LPDB-KUMKM provide soft financing to cooperatives institution partners.

2. SPECIFIC CRITERIA

1. Staff Program Plan

  • Minimum S1 preferably in economics
  • Have at least 2 years working experience in banking / financial institutions in particular fields of Planning
  • Having knowledge in the field of planning and understanding one of the methods of planning
  • Having the ability and understanding of business-oriented planning
  • Preferred to have an understanding of the Business Plan and Budget (RBA) and the Work Plan and Budget Ministry / Agency (RKA-KL)
  • Maximum age 30 years

2. Staff Analysis of Data and Information

  • Minimum education S1 in the field of Statistics
  • Have the ability in the field of data collection and analysis
  • Work experience at least 1 year
  • Maximum age 30 years


3. Risk Analysis Staff

  • Minimum S1 preferably in economics / management / statistics
  • Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions at least 2 years
  • Understand the concept of Risk Management and its application
  • Having knowledge in the field of financial services to cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM)
  • Having the ability to analyze internal and external risks
  • Have the ability in the field of financial analysis
  • Have the ability in the field of statistics
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Maximum age 30 years

4. Risk Control Staff

  • Minimum S1 preferably in economics / management / statistics
  • Experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
  • Understand the concept of risk management and its application
  • Having knowledge in the field of financial services to cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM)
  • Having the ability to analyze internal and external risks
  • Have the ability in the field of financial analysis
  • Have the ability in the field of statistics
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Maximum age 30 years

5. Staff Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Minimum S1 preferably in economics (finance, management and banking) or industrial engineering
  • Understand the concept of monitoring, evaluation, risk management and its application
  • Knowing about the warranty deed
  • Comprehend and understand financial statements
  • Have the ability to prepare reports relating to monitoring and evaluation
  • Work experience at least 1 year
  • Maximum age 30 years

6. Staff Assessment and Development

  • Minimum S1 preferably in economics / statistics
  • Have the ability to do research, assessment and business development in the field of Cooperative and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM)
  • Work experience at least 1 year
  • Maximum age 30 years

7. Staff SPI

  • Minimal S1 Accounting
  • Having work experience in the field of auditing at least 2 (two) years
  • Have the ability and expertise in conducting the audit process
  • Having the knowledge and ability in the field of accounting and taxation rules
  • Maximum age 27 years

8. Channeling Staff Administration Revolving Fund and Fund Placement

  • Minimum S1 graduate majoring in economics graduates preferred management / accounting / tax / State Administration
  • Have good analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years work experience
  • Maximum age 30 years

9. Staff Data Management Revolving Fund

  • Minimum S1 graduate majoring in economics graduates preferred management / accounting / tax
  • Have good analytical skills

10. Administrative Staff Receivables and Transfer of Funds

  • Minimum S1 majoring in economics management / accounting / tax

11. Budget Control Staff

  • Minimum S1 graduate majoring in economics graduates preferred management / accounting / finance / banking
  • Having the ability of financial planning
  • Minimum 2 years work experience

12. Treasury Staff

  • Minimum S1 in economics (accounting / finance / management / banking)
  • Understanding of financial management and archive
  • Minimum 2 years work experience

13. Staff Accounting and Reporting

  • Minimum S1 majoring in economics management / accounting / finance / banking
  • Understanding the principles of generally accepted accounting and financial management with good
  • Minimum 2 years work experience

14. Legal Staff

  • Minimal S1 Law
  • Have the ability and knowledge in analyzing a problem / case law
  • Preferred had worked at the notary office at least 1 year

15. Public Relations Staff

  • Minimal S1 (preferably from the field of science communication studies)
  • Have at least 1 year working experience (preferably worked in journalism or public relations)

16. Household Staff

  • Minimal S1 (preferably from the field of administrative studies)
  • Have the ability in correspondence

17. Administrative Staff

  • Minimal S1 in the field of administration
  • Preferably have experience in office administration
  • Have the ability in correspondence
  • Work experience at least 1 year

18. Staff Human Resources

  • Minimal S1, preferably in the field of psychology
  • Experienced in handling HR / HRD at least 1 year
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Ability to work with the team

19. Staff Support and Information Technology

  • Minimal S1, preferably from the field of informatics engineering / industrial
  • At least 1 year experience in handling IT field
  • Have the ability in the management of information technology

20. Business Staff

  • Minimum S1 graduate with GPA min. 2.75 (scale 4) takes precedence over economics (accounting / management), engineering (industrial, informatics / computer), business, banking, Mathematics (statistics / mathematics), socio-economic (agriculture / livestock / fisheries)
  • Preferred work experience analyzing financial and credit of at least 2 (two) years in banking institutions / non-bank financial institutions
  • Able to analyze credit, including credit proposals analyzed the real sector
  • Attractive personality
