HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Purpose
Execute and administer HR programs and processes such as Compensation and Benefits Administration, Industrial Relation, Conduct Employee Communication and Counselling sessions, Expatriate Administration, Performance Management Process Administration, HRIS Administration and Personnel Record Keeping.
Provide administrative support to the department: make travel and hotel arrangement, collect/distribute daily mails.
Key Result Areas
- HR processes are efficiently and effectively executed and administered, which include:
- Payroll Administration
- Timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Timely reporting to Statutory Bodies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Up-to-date compensation and benefits market information is compiled and analyzed in a timely and logical manner.
- Benefits programs are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Timely and accurate submission of compensation data to survey consultant.
Employee Relations
Employee Relations related activities are effectively organized and executed to create a conducive work environment for employees.
Expatriation Administration
- Timely application/renewal of employment/work pass
- Timely and accurate payment of salary and allowances
- Timely and accurate reporting and payment of expatriate taxes
Personnel Record Keeping
- Up-to-date and accurate personnel records are maintained.
HRIS Administration
- Timely and accurate employee records are updated and maintained in PeopleSoft
Administration Support
- Efficient and effective administration support provided.
Qualification :
- Degree (S1) Educational Background; Economy Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Hospitality Management.
