Finance Staff

  • To record incoming funds to system.
  • To prepare summary of bank balance and detail transaction.
  • To do bank reconciliation.
  • To ensure completeness of bank statement and transaction advice from bank.
  • To handle petty cash, cash money advances, and expenses claim.
  • To maintain proper records of expenses.


  • Have minimum Diploma degree (D-3) majoring in Finance or Accounting.
  • Preferably having 1 year experience as Finance & Accounting staff.
  • Familiar with accounting software will be advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good in detail and numerical ability.
  • Diligent, eager to learn.
  • Pleasant personality and has good communication skill
  • Willing to work on contract basis (4-6 months) and to be placed at Head Office (Kawasan Industri MM2100 - Cibitung)

Marketing Administration Staff

  • To maintain all receipts, invoices, and other file properly.
  • To check all payment and invoices in daily basis.
  • To input transactions into system.
  • To make weekly report.


  • Having minimum Diploma degree (D-3) majoring Business Administration, Accounting, or any related disciplines.
  • Preferably have minimum 1 year experience as Administration Staff in Sales/Marketing Department.
  • Familiar with invoice process and any computerized financial system will be advantages.
  • Pleasant personality and has good communication skill.
  • Willing to learn, dilligent, neat, and has good numerical ability.
  • Willing to work on contract basis (4-6 months) and to be placed on head office (Kawasan Industri MM2100 Cibitung).
