Mattel's Sustainable Sourcing Principles
Mattel is committed to advancing the use of sustainably-sourced paper and wood fiber1 in our packaging and products. Mattel will strive to implement these fundamental principles to guide our efforts and maximize, to the extent feasible, the use of post-consumer recycled content and sustainable fiber.
Maximize post-consumer recycled content where possible, while maintaining packaging and product integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid fiber from controversial sources, by ensuring that:
Fiber source origin is known and traceable,
Fiber source is harvested in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (sub-national, national and international),
Fiber source is not harvested in violation of internationally accepted guidelines and treaties to protect the human rights of indigenous peoples,
Fiber source is not originating from locations identified by credible scientific sources as containing High Conservation Value Forest, and
Fiber source not originating from recently converted natural forests2 for the purposes of timber production plantations or for other non-forest uses.
Increase the use of wood/fiber that has been verified/certified by a credible third-party forest certification scheme with preference for those that exhibit the highest standards and robust audit processes.
Adopt and periodically refine procedures designed to ensure that our sourcing practices are developed and implemented in accordance with these principles.
Establish specific goals to measure our progress.
Support multi-stakeholder efforts to protect global forest resources.
Report publically on our ongoing progress.
Through these principles we seek to do our part to promote sustainable forestry practices and to communicate with our stakeholders about the journey on which we have embarked.

Injection Plastic Mold Designer/Plastic Part Designer
Position Purpose
- Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Position Requirement
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Mold making, Mold Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English

Executive Assistant
Key Accountability Area
- Provide secretarial service to support President Director to assist him finished his tasks including letters and report writing, presentation, etc.
- Administer President Director’s schedule, meeting and travel arrangements to assist him in finishing his task.
- Maintain and update department files and records to minimize paper files and ensure the accessibility including company policy and procedure.
- Organize Managing Director Office meetings within the department and/or with external parties.
- Maintain confidential files and materials/information
- Coordinate, monitor, decision maker on travel arrangements for employee.
- Coordinate and organize accommodation & meetings for company’s visitors.
- Actively participate on company event activities.

Requirement

Soft GoodS Engineer
Position Purpose
- Develop and determine soft goods design and method to meet established requirement, adaptable to manufacturing system and assure the achievement of schedule and cost control.
Key Accountability Areas
- Responsible to develop and set standard for soft goods part in engineering area
- Responsible to develop process automation
- Gathering soft goods information of product to support its development process
- Conduct Engineering pilots to ensure the supporting of schedule
- Work together closely with production & Asia Design Development on daily basis
- Having analytical thinking to support continuous improvement on process and innovation
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering from reputable university with GPA min 3.0
- Preferably have 1 years related experience in manufacturing but fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to use Pro E
- Good communication in English and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical skill and engineering sense
- Proactive and results oriented
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
