Adaro Energy was established under the name PT Padang Karunia, a limited liability company established in Indonesia in 2004. On April 18, 2008 Padang Karunia changed its name to PT Adaro Energy Tbk in preparation for becoming a public company.   • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting or any relevant major
  • Having 1 - 2 years experiences in similar position

  • Understanding Tax rules and Accounting
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of team
  • Excellent command in English
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills

Plan Do Check Action Legal Staff (Code : PDCALST)
Jakarta Raya

  • Assist PDCA Officer in daily administration in legal department
  • Assists in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, and other legal papers of a routine nature
  • Make sure that all lawyers in legal department are keep up to standard Operational Procedures
  • Performs administrative duties including creating and preparing routine materials, verifying, and editing all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity


  • Diploma from Secretary
  • Minimum 2 year working experience (Law Firm/ multinational company/ corporate legal counsel will be an advantage)
  • Good interpersonal skills, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Proactive, good administrative and attention to details and task oriented
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

Account Receivable Staff (Code : ARST)
Jakarta Raya

  • Processing and reconciling income, invoicing or billing, collections, data entry, bank deposits, accounts management and preparation of financial reports and income statements
  • Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services
  • Data enter invoices for payment and record all cheques
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents


  • Bachelor Degree from Accounting major with min. GPA 3.00 of 4
  • Have minimum 1 year of experience in Account Receivable area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, bookkeeping skills, analytical and problem solving skills
  • High concern for order and quality, detail oriented and accuracy
  • MS Office literacy

Professional Development Program Superintendent (Code : PDPS)
Kalimantan Selatan


  • Oversee Professional Development Program management including support the curriculum development in technical competency development
  • Ensuring all technical development programs are developed and implemented as scheduled (Graduate Development Program, Apprentice Program, Internship Program)
  • Reviews all professional development program and continue to improve
  • Work with Admin Support Superintendent to develop document & knowledge management


  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology, Industrial)
  • Minimum 2 years in engineering work and/ or in supervisory role (mining industry is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in training and development area would be a plus
  • Curriculum development particularly on technical competency (if any)
  • Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
  • Able to supervise a team of program coordinators
  • Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
  • Knows how a database system works
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Able to deliver training
  • Able to develop technical competency training curriculum is a plus
  • Willing to be located in South Kalimantan (Tanjung, Tabalong)
