PT.Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia (the "Company") is a joint venture enterprise, formed between Lucas Industry Public Limited Company, located in Stratford Road, Sollhull B 904 LA England, PT Pindad (Persero) and PT Metinca Dirgantara from Indonesia.
The company was established by the name PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia in the framework of Foreign Capital Investment Law No.I/1967 and No. 11/1970, based on public notarial deed No. 10 dated March 5, 1997. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No. C2-5.147.HT.01.01.Th97. The Articles of Association was published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.75, dated September 19,1997, Supplement No.4203.
Articles of association have been amended by notarial deed No. 17 dated June 8, 2000, pased by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT Lucas Pindad Aerospace Indonesia to become PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia, and further amended by notarial Deed No.26, dated November 18, 2002, passes by P.S.A.Tampubolon, notary public in Jakarta, regarding the change of name from PT TRW Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia to become PT Goodrich Pindad Aeronautical Systems Indonesia. These changes are published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia nimber 22, dated March 18, 2003, Suplement number 2103.

QUALITY SYSTEM AUDITOR
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance and assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
Duties :
- Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
- Develop training to build quality awareness.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Conduct internal and external audit, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Control External/Internal Documentation and Records Retention
- Maintain FAI (First Article Inspection) Report Database
- Developing/analyzing data trends
- Developing system to achieve system effectiveness
- Preparation of QA reports
- Continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, lean methods, etc.
Qualifications:
- Male, max age 30 years old
- Minimum STM / SMK majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit activities as Quality System Auditor min 3 Years and Certified Internal Auditor preferred.
- Having knowledge and understand ISO 9000: 2000, ISO TS or AS 9100 is a mandatory
- A strong background in application of measurement, analysis & CI tools.
- Familiar with Quality Tool: Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Statistic, Lean Manufacturing Process, TPM.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strict deadline individually or in a team
- Ability to work independently and willing to improve knowledge
- Meticulous, Persistent, Communicative, Assertive, Conscientious and systematic
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, RCCA.
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong technical & analytical skills.
NDT OPERATOR
Main Responsibilities
- Process all of magnetic particels and liquids penetrant examination as per customer specifications
Duties :
- Perform process control and system check of all methods as per specifications
- Sets up equipment, conducts test, interprets and evaluates for acceptance and reception as per acceptance criteria
- Makes paper works (documents and report examination
- Creates new technique sheet as per customer specifications
- Develops written instruction from approved general procedures
Qualifications
- Male, max age 26 years
- Minimum D3 majoring in technical / electrical
- Min 2 years in related experiences in NDT methods
- Certified and qualified as NDT level II (min. MT & PT)
- Good communication skill and strong leadership
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Fast learner, task oriented and proactive
