Human Resource Supervisor
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cikarang Barat

  • Conductingrecruitment and selection of candidates according to the provisions   applicable to the number and qualifications set out at the right time.
  • Making yearly training program and implement training programs already prepared.
  • Conductingyearly appraisal and promotion / position for each employee.
  • Implementassessment productivity employees, with the KPI system.
  • Controllingdocumentsrelated to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485, and Compliance Awareness activity.


  • Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or any related field with min GPA 2.75 from reputable University.
  • Male/ Female, age between 27 - 35 years old
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Human Resource Supervisor
  • Have knowledge about labor law
  • Strong Personality, Self motivation, good leadership, able to work independent or in team.
  • Preferably having manufacturing background
  • Excellent English skill both oral & written

Quality Assurance Leader
Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cikarang Barat

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D-3) in Electrical /Mechanical with min GPA 2.75 from reputable University.
  • Age between 21 - 30 years old
  • Have a good Analyze to New model evaluation since PR to MP stage, and monitoring mass production activity inspection.
  • Can conducted solving problem analyze for inhouse problem and market problem.
  • Ability to work under pressure & tight deadline
  • Willing to work over time
  • Excellent English skill both oral & written
