Adaro Energy was established under the name PT Padang Karunia, a limited liability company established in Indonesia in 2004. On April 18, 2008 Padang Karunia changed its name to PT Adaro Energy Tbk in preparation for becoming a public company. Adaro Energy and its subsidiaries currently deal in coal mining and trade, coal infrastructure and logistics, and mining contractor service. Accounting Staff (ACC STAFF)
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) - Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X-5, Kav. 1-2. Kuningan
Requirements:
Male / Female

  • Bachelor Degree from Accounting with GPA min 3.00 of 4.00
  • Having 1 – 2 years of experiences (having experience as Auditor in Public Accounting Firm is preferable)
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Good administration skill, innitiative, smart worker, independent, able to work individually or as  part of team


Supply Chain Engineer (SCE)
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop a plan for barges / cargo and floating cranes allocation
  • Scheduling for barges loading and barges delivery
  • Develop 7 days forecast based on supply capability


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably from Industrial Engineering)
  • Fresh graduates or having 1 - 2 years experience in transhipment or logistic would be advantage
  • Excellent command in English both written and oral
  • Computer’s skill, numerical skill, analytical skill, lateral thinking skill, communication skill
  • Willing to learn something new, carefully/accurately, hard worker


Budget Staff (Code : BS)
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Accounting
  • Have minimum 1 year experience in Budgetting area
  • Have a good communication and coordination skill
  • Have strong knowledge in computer programs (Ms Office & Accounting program)
  • Have good knowledge in Budgetting
  • Good command in English both oral and written


Marketing Support Services (Code : MSS)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • To propose and manage Marketing activities/ event with the standard of Superb Service for high value Adaro customers to enhance customer loyalty to Company
  • To prepare customers site visit activities, including travel arrangements, chartered plane,  transportation facilities, accomodation and souvenirs in order for the site visit activities on schedule
  • To arrange and organize Marketing Division regular meeting materials (weekly, monthly) and to prepare the minutes of the meeting in order for all meeting participants to understand what has been agreed.
  • To communicate and cooperate effectively with Marketing team and other internal stakeholders, especially related to crucial information flow


Requirements:

  • Degree level education in Marketing/ Communication
  • Having minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing/ Customer Relation
  • High concern for order and quality, detail oriented, accuracy and good administration skill
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills
  • MS Office literacy
