Senior Wireless Technical Manager
Responsibility :

  • Responsible for analyze and understand tender requirements, propose, strategize and manage the proposal development process by facilitating all commercial, financial, and technical information for wireless products (GSM, 3G, CDMA and WIMAX) as the third layer.
  • Being proactive in making/ maintaining contacts/ relationships with the people from Technical Department of customers/ telecom operators include providing marketing information from customers.
  • Mainly provide technical support to related Account Managers of providing technical solutions to customers; include providing technical proposal/ response to RFI (Request for Information) and or RFP (Request for Proposal) from customers of the related product range.
  • Customer product/ solution presentation.
  • Acting as Presales Project Manager of new project related to the appropriated product range. To analyze and understand tender requirements, propose, strategize and manage the proposal development process by facilitating all commercial, financial, and technical information.
  • To lead post proposal review to identify good practices and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and lead the handover process from sales to project delivery team once contract is awarded.
  • Being main PIC (Person in Charge) of each Technical Clarification Meeting as a part of presales stage.
  • Give training and sharing knowledge to the junior manager
  • Any other job which is assigned by Head of Department.

Requirement :

  • Searching for local subcontractor resource, and guarantee enough suitable resource for local project implementation; make outsourcing resource analysis to support purchase
  • Support outsourcing purchase team to process bidding, negotiation and contract signing, guarantee timely purchase and file all the Process Documentation  
  • Charge subcontractor performance evaluation, support PM to solve all the issue related with outsourcing during project implementation,
  • PO dispatch based on PR and contract, track settlement and payment.
  • Be responsible for project outsourcing account building and outsourcing cost controlling, optimize national outsourcing cost database.
  • Support and supervise project engineering quality management

Basic Requirements

  • More than 3 years’ experience in telecommunication, and at least 2 years’ experience on telecom installation supervision and software commissioning
  • More than 1 year’s project management experience, be familiar with project implementation and outsourcing management
  • Have commercial negotiation experience of telecom engineering service, have good opinion of cost control
  • Extravert and cheerful character, quick thinking, Good communication and presentation, oral and written fluency in English.

Terminal Account Manager (TAM)
Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify market potential and qualifying accounts
  • Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects
  • Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze project proposals
  • Establish distribution channels with key local clients
  • Build up an effective sales team
  • Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.
  • Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development


  • Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company
  • Strong telecommunication industry background
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills

  • Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
  • Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer

  • Take charge clearance custom part:
  • Prepare all obligatory document to be used clearance custom
  • Provide obligatory document  in order to assist  customer (operator) to get  import  permit;
  • Responsible for clearance custom until take out all cargo from custom;
  • Support implementation of projects part:
  • Initiate and organize selecting broker and  forwarder  for implementation of project;
  • Organize and harmonize broker and  forwarder in order to finish  distribution and transportation in land;
  • Deep knowledge of Telecommunication equipment or electronic equipment

  • Familiar with custom organization and regulation/rules, HS CODE,tariff,LS and so on

  • Focusing on network performance issues, communicate with/train/guide customers.
  • Improve the network performance, work out excellent network, win and exceed customer's satisfaction & expectation.
  • Provide solutions to major problems related to network performance, including complex technical issues, long pending problems and customer complaints.
  • Research on network optimization technology, accumulate and transfer optimization knowledge and skills.


  • More than 8-year experience in telecom industry and minimum 5-year network planning & optimization experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability of communication with high level management of telecom operators, e.g. negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Deep knowledge in wireless communication technology evolution. Reputation in telecom industry is definitely an asset.
  • Familiar with the business operating mode of telecom operators, experience of holding important positions in telecom operators is preferred.
