Operational Risk
Jakarta Raya

  • Implement the operational risk policy, procedures, and framework of the bank
  • Create risk awareness
  • Facilitate the risk assessment of the bank's business activities, new product initiatives, and branches
  • Perform the risk and control identification, measurement, monitoring, and reporting through discussion with relevant areas
  • Monitor and report the Key Risk Indicators of the bank
  • Monitor, discuss, report, and maintain database of incidents/losses
  • Coordinate all operational risk-related matters within regional office and head office, Utrecht


  • Preferably 5 (five) years of satisfactory working experiences in an operation, risk management or other relevant areas
  • Preferably graduated from an overseas university or a top tier local university from any disciplines
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and resourceful
  • Independent, well-organized, and logical
  • Strong drive to perform well and flexible
  • Team player and able to coordinate and facilitate different areas of responsibilities
  • Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (writing and speaking)

MIS & HO Reporting Officer

  • Assist MIS and Head Office Reporting
  • Prepare periodic performance report and analysis

  • Bachelor Degree, majoring Accounting,
  • Having experience at least five (5) years
  • Good analytical/logical thinking is a must

Solution Architecture Officer

  • Translate business requirement and functional requirements from the business to architecture, migration plans and long-term (system development) projects or package solutions.
  • Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology.
  • Testing the feasibility of technical solutions
  • Document all solution architecture design and analysis work in the document form, including but not limited to PSA (Project Start Architecture), infrastructure design and feasibility study documents.
  • Assisting in the implementation of systems development projects and the introduction of packages.
  • Work closely with the project manager, system developer and other stakeholder to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years experiences in the banking industry.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in systems development or infrastructure development
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies
  • Preferably having basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
  • Basic understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis and design, and/or client/server systems
  • Preferably having basic understanding on the Indonesian banking business process
  • Preferably having basic understanding on the Indonesian regulatory report requirement
  • Have experience participating in the projects
  • Preferably TOGAF certified
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
  • Remains unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor choice; is more interested in results than personal preferences
