HRD SUPERVISOR
Requirement:

• Male / Female
• Age 25 - 30 years old
• Min S1 degree any dicipline with min GPA 3.00
• Min 3 years experiences in HRD
• Has leadership skills, team work players, energic & strong communication skill
• Fast Learner, good initiative, Hard worker & able to work under pressure
• Having knowledge in psychological tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
• Will be placed in Jakarta (Head Office)
• Willing to travel to site

Civil Engineer
Requirement :

• Male/Female, 30 - 40 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (S1)
• Experience min. 5 years in similar position, preferably having work experience in mining and civil facilities infrastructure such as : bridges - road, concrete foundations, marine (jetty), and low rise building
• Hands on project planning (Structural and engineering Calculations of detailed engineering design), controlling and executing on all aspect of projects.
• Computer literate in MS. Office (Words, Excel, Acces, Power Point), Cad Softwares (Autocad, Microstation), Structural Softwares, Microsoft Project (Primavera).
• High Integrity, Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership and comunicative
• Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to travel to site  
• Placement In Jakarta (Head Office)
