Lean Manufacturing Associate
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
- Lean Associate is an operations and change management agent in support for the deployment of the Global Lean Transformation Program in site. Lean Associate responsible for the successful operations transformation and for sustaining a high-performing SCJ Global Lean culture in site.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Lean Transformation plan for site including :
- Objectives and target settings.
- Resource selection and allocation.
- Transformation roadmap for site including planning, scheduling, and site sequencing.
- Communication to Local Lean Transformation Leader.
- Report preparation to identify Lean issues for problem solving.
- Deliver successful transformation result at site including increased safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year working experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, or Material Management is preferred.
- English proficient.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Process Engineer Manager (PEM)
(Jakarta Raya - Based in Pulogadung)
Responsibilities:
The role:
- Supporting Production Manager in ensuring production equipments consistently improve in order to meet production requirements.
- Ensuring all project activities related in Production Area are under control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining production process consistency and define equipment modification if necessary in order to keep the production lines run effectively.
- Maintaining all production lines to run efficiently and cost effectively.
- Eliminating all weaknesses which normally rise during daily activities in providing significant improvement in production.
- Ensuring new investment projects are in line with production requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Has safety officer certificate.
- Min. 3 year experiences in Production or Engineering area.
- Min. 2 years in supervisory level.
- Knowledge in product, processes, machinery, SHE, also environmental knowledge.
- Skills in operation management and SAP would be an advantage.
- Has problem solving and decision making skill.
- Able to focus on detail.
- Goal & result orientation.
- Able to work in team.
