Operations Department
- Report directly to OPS Supervisor. This position is responsible to timely input of accurate consignment and piece information, check and if needed completion of customs paperwork to enable on-time clearance and delivery and in perfect condition, correct invoicing and legal & regulatory compliance and contribute to customer satisfaction, both internal and external, by participating in the implementation of initiatives that aim to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Qualifications: minimum diploma degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in data entry and custom related activities, demonstrates accuracy and speed with the input of data, basic verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
Warehouse Supervisor
Operations Department
- Report directly to Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible to lead, motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, to meet the depot targets on delivering on time and in perfect condition in order to achieve customer satisfaction, to analyze day-to-day results in the depot operations and take action to meet the depot targets for service quality, loss and damage reduction, to ensure compliance to Dangerous Goods, Customs and Security policies and procedures and to effectively plan and monitor employee schedules and depot operations resources (incl. subcontractors) in order to meet and exceed internal and external service levels at all times.
- Qualifications: minimum diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in operations and minimum of 1 year experience in supervisor level, good people management with motivational abilities, good communication skills, good verbal & written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
Import Billing Supervisor
Finance & Accounting Department
- Report directly to Billing Manager. This position is responsible to co-ordinate the accurate and timely billing activities in order to facilitate timely payments and to prevent invoicing enquiries, to ensure timely and accurate data entry and to provide reports to management in order to identify improvement opportunities, to lead, motivate and empower the staff through effective & open communication and to contribute to the effective rollout of Business Unit Administration or cross-functional projects.
- Qualifications : bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in billing environment and minimum of 2 years experience in supervisor level, having knowledge in billing systems and processes to support decision making, Project Management skills, good people management with motivational abilities, good communication skills, good verbal & written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
Major Account Customer Service Supervisor
Customer Service Department
- Report directly to Customer Service Director. This position is responsible to lead, motivate and empower the staff through effective & open communication, To establish a customer-focused culture by implementing and managing initiatives and measurement tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, To build, grow and maintain an excellent relationship with customers in order to foster customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy, To effectively monitor employee schedules and contact centre resources in order to meet and exceed internal and external service levels at all.
- Qualifications: minimum bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years customer service experience and minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory level, good people management with motivational abilities, pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.

Sales & Marketing Department
Executive Territory (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Semarang, Denpasar, Balikpapan, Batam, Medan)
- Report directly to Sales Manager/Depot Manager and work closely with Indoor Sales as a team. This position is responsible to grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers, Development of existing customers, Improvement of revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of TNT products and solutions, and to gather customer data through field sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends.
- Qualifications: bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, proven track in achieving sales target, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office. This position required jobholder must have driving license and own car.
