Specific Qualifications :
- Experience I Reservoir Engineering Work for 5 years above

Procurement Advisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as Chairman of Tender Committee
- Mengverifikasi pelapora data to the Management & BPMIGAS
- Provide advice for the tender process from start to finish lancer and in accordance with the PTK Gas
General Qualifications:
- Having Judgement and Decision Making
- Time Management
- Cooperative
Special Qualifications:
- Mastering the rules of Oil and Gas Sector / BPMIGAS in general and specifically in the areas of Procurement / Logistics
- Mastering the regulations issued by BP Migas, the Ministry and local government regulations and other specialized agencies
- At least 20 years of experience in the field of Oil and Gas
- Mastering the literature / data contract manufacture of Goods / Services in the Public sector as well as Oil and Gas Sector
- Having experienced more than 10 years of Tender process
Specialist Procurement
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Procurement / Contracts for goods and services
- Setting up reporting to the Management and BPMIGAS
- Prepare, record and process the tenders
General Qualifications:
- Able to work independently, confident and self motivation
- Integrity
- Cooperative
Special Qualifications:
- Knowing the oil and gas sector activities in detail, particularly the Pengadaa & Logistics
- Knowing the Rules issued by BP Migas, the Ministry and local government regulations and other Special Institutions
- Experienced 3-5 years as a Specialist Procurement of Goods / Services in the field of Drilling, Production, Construction Oil and Gas Sector
Legal Counsel
Job responsibility:
- Advise the Bayan Group on and undertakes compliance activities in line with Indonesian laws and regulations, in particular those under the purview of BAPEPAM-LK, IDX, BKPM, and KESDM
- Advise on capital market regulations and manage any corporate exercises that the Bayan Group may embark upon
- Liaising with government authorities
- Contract review and negotiations
- Manage external lawyers
- Manage litigation matters involving the Bayan Group
Requirements for the role:
- S.H. with minimum 11+ years post qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or large listed company. Exposure to corporate and litigation matters will be an advantage
- Considerable interaction experience with BAPEPAM-LK and IDX
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia with good drafting/writing skills
- Mature, pleasant personality, meticulous, team player with initiative to take a leadership role, strong time management skills
- Computer literate and comfortable with MS Office
