Custom Manager

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Finance Director, this position will be responsible for managing all custom related activities for import and export of vehicle and parts
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university in any major
- Experiences for at least 5 years experience in similar position would be a pre-requisite.
- Hold Sertifikat Ahli Kepabean is highly preferred.
- Has experience to ensure that correct documents are filed with the Customs and to review reports prepared by CHA
- Has experience to update customs desk procedure and execute work in accordance with the Desk Procedures
- Has experience to support various types of customs day-to-day work, and ensure that it is properly managed
- Good Competencies in analytical, logical thinking and attention to detail and demonstrate high level of ability organize, develop, and manage any task given.
- Strong interpersonal skill to work comfortably at various organizational level for both internally and externally
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good leadership skill
- Computer literate: advance in using Micro Office and MS Project

Field Aftersales Development

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Service Manager, this position will Implement for Workshop Standard, develop Workshop Business Operation and support P&A Marketing and Planning activities
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Experiences for at least 3 years in the Automotive industry with similar position or as Workshop Head
- Has strong knowledge in planning and workshop development, workshop standard implementation, and develop workshop business operations
- Has strong background in automotive technical skill and analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
- Good leadership skill

Internal Control Coordinator Supervisor Position

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to internal control Manager, this function will perform internal audit work to ensure that all company activities are in compliance with company policy and procedure (internal control requirement)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Experiences for at least 3 years as Auditor, preferably in Manufacturing Company and also multinational company
- Has knowledge in dealer compliance and operational compliance review
- Has knowledge in SOX would be an advantage
- Familiar with SAP Program
- Willingness to work long time working hour and able to work under pressure with deadline
- Has strong knowledge in Audit trial
