Warehouse Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Manage the warehouse operation to ensure smooth handling for both incoming and outgoing.
- Supervise job duties of TPS operation assistants. & ensure operational excellence Liaise with custom officer and airlines warehouse operator to solve the problem.
- Responsible to update & submit monthly report to GM Airfreight of the warehouse logbook.
- Ensure preliminary claim issued & submitted to the respective carriers.
- Routine back up of surveillance system and keep in the designated safe place.
- Responsible to solve the shipment/cargo problems (eq. Pilferage, damage)
- Initiate routine inventory check.
- Informs superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good terms of occurrences
- within his/her area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Minimum education background D3 from any discipline
- Having 3 years experiences in the same position or 4 years experiences in related field
- Knowledge of Warehouse operation
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Computer Literate
- Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill

Trade Lane Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and execute business development strategies and activities for assigned trade lane(s) in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment, to generate additional business, maximize profit and grow DGF’s market share on assigned trade lanes
- Trade Lane Sales Target (All customer segments)
- Implement Integrated Trade Management (ITM)
- Interface to all Sales Channels (Business Customers, GCS/MNC) and Industry sectors, RFQ team, Air Freight and Ocean Freight Products
- Observe and interpret market developments
- Create trade lane Strategy and Sales Campaigns with Products and Sales Channels
- Short list Target Customers (Top 10 Origin and Destination and CST Planning)
- Hunt Target Customers together with all Sales Channels
- Close deal, customers assigned to Sales Channels
- Key Activities - External Customers (New & Existing) and Key Activities – Internal (CST).
Requirements:
- Male/Female, min S1, Post Secondary education requested, industry related degree holder preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales position & Track record in freight forwarding sales
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English
- Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point)
- Strong communications skills, Arbitration skills, Analytical and conceptual thinking, Team player,
- Independent, self organized, willing to share his knowledge and expertise
- Ability to articulate and accept constructive criticism
- Interpersonal relationship & Pro-active attitude
- Building relationship with top customers, sales executives & other departments & functions
- Experience in all aspects of trade lane sales
