Supervisor Customer Relations Portfolio

Responsibility:

• The job holder is responsible for supporting the portfolio operations and client relationship within Commercial Banking department. And the jobholder has to effectively support and understand account management with the main objective to deliver daily proactive client contacts, client reporting and resolving client issues and requests in order to continuously increase the portfolio value and ultimately customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Has a minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in customer facing environment.
• Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience.
• Understanding general Banking policy and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management products.
• Able to use MS Office application.
• High Sales ability and skills.
• University degree (S1)
• Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good interpersonal skill.

AM Commercial Banking

Requirements :

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting from     a reputable university
• Has a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in corporate banking or other financial services     sector
• Has strong verbal and written English
• Possess a pleasant personality and able to work with a team
• Possess commercial acumen, marketing orientation and strong self-motivation
• Possess good communication and analytical skills
• Has a strong drive to succeed
• Demonstrates a high degree of credibility and integrity

Staff System Dev & Support

Responsibility

• The jobholder is responsible to assist business in developing application to meet business/operation needs. Also assist business to coordinate within section in department to do system enhancement /projects.

Requirement

• Hold Bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Has advance knowledge of microsoft office (excel,word,access,powerpoint)
• Interest to work with detail and strive for accuracy in timely manner
• Ability to write program in php, visual basic, java/script
• Show pro-active attitude, good communication skill and able to work with team
• Proficient in English
• Demonstrate high degree of integrity
• Quick learner and highly motivated
• Ability to work with project with tight schedule
