Finance And Accounting Manager (Kode: JPS - FAM)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

• Holds a Degree in Accounting from a reputable university
• Having min 5 years experience as an Accounting & Finance Manager in a service company or public accountancy firm
• Understand updated tax regulation & Policy
• Holding Brevet A/B certification will be an advantage
• Previous experience in maintaining financial audit process is a must
• Able to prepare the financial reports
• Computer literate and familiar with Oracle Accounting Application System will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skill and fluent in English both verbal and written
• Hard working and full dedicated
• Be a fast learner, innovative, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude

Senior Sales Manager (Kode: JPS - SM)
(Jakarta Raya)

• Requirements:
• At least a good degree in Business, Computing or equivalent discipline. Masters degree is an advantage.
• Broad knowledge of software and IT services industry.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same position, preferably with background  form IT industry.
• Strong planning and priority-setting abilities.
• Self motivate and achieve results through teamwork.
• High-level presentation skills.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain situations.
• Good Track record in meeting and exceeding sales target.
• Strong experience in developing opportunities, following leads, prospecting and producing sales.
• 5 years in sales with successful track record in selling to enterprise accounts, and proven account management and business planning skills.
• Previous experience in managing business partnerships with solution providers, or partners preferred.

Microsoft Dynamics Axapta – Functional Consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Accounting / Industry Technology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• At least 2 years experience on Ms Dynamics Axapta implementation (financial/manufacturing/distribution/retail/professional services)
• Implement Ms AX Solutions to deliver tangible, sustainable business benefits.
• Have good knowledge of presales, demonstration experience, technical proposal writing, and general consulting skills.
• Experience on designing, configuring and customizing Ms Dynamics Axapta
• Good in communication skill: fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory
• Must be creative, able to work independently, diligent, hardworking person and teamwork
• Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
• Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any technical problem.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• At least 2 years experience on Ms Dynamics Axapta implementation (financial/manufacturing/distribution/retail/professional services)
• Thorough understanding ERP systems, especially Ms Dynamics Axapta technically and have deep knowledge of established programming procedures, programming languages, programming logic and codes.
• Have strong knowledge on programming X++ and MorphX and Ms AX Customizations
• Have good knowledge of database, such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
• Good in communication skill: fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory
• Must be creative, able to work independently, diligent, hardworking person and teamwork
• Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
• Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any technical problem.

Programmer (code: JPS - Dev)

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related majors from reputable university, with GPA of 3.0 or above
• Experience in IT Projects is an advantage
• Open-minded, self-discipline, hard working, independent, proactive, high integrity, teamwork player as well as excellent interpersonal skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and adaptive to different environments
• Strong interest and passion in programming and IT tasks

Relational Databases :

• Possesses understanding of basic relational database concepts
• Possesses knowledge of various database access methods

Programming Languages :

• Possesses working knowledge of at least one structured programming language (C#)
• Proficient in HTML and one scripting language.
• Possesses basic knowledge of XML/XSL.
• Architecture: Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology
• Possesses basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces
• Recognizes fundamental differences between the various internet browsers

Senior Tax Officer (kode: JPS - TO)

Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old
• Holds a Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having minimal 2 years experience as tax staff
• Understand updated tax regulation & Policy
• Holding Brevet A/B certification will be an advantage
• Previous experience in maintaining financial audit process is a must
• Able to prepare the financial reports

Basic Requirement:
