Responsibilities:
- Controlling Authorized Service Center for Commercial Airconditioner
- Reports and controlling service trend
- Quality control reports for each product
- Provide technical support
Requirements:
- Male, max. 28 years of age
- University graduate with min. GPA > 3.0
- Have backgrounds in Customer Service, especially in Services Management
- Has Airconditioner knowledge base would be an advantage
- Experience dealing with Authorized Service Center
- Fluent in English both oral and written, computer literate
MOT / Product Trainer

Responsibilities:
• Sales Promoter Management
- Develop and monitor sales promoter activity
- Maximize sales promoter performance to sell the products
- Target setting, KPI monitoring & sales data analysis
• Merchandising Management
- Route Plan Database Management
- Increase and maintain visual merchandising level
- Maximize POSM management to support sales activity
• Training Management
- Develop trainers and training material
- Run and monitor sales training activities
Requirements:
- Max. 35 years of age
- Experienced in retail industry / telecommunication business/ training are highly appreciated
