Cost Accountant and Fixed Assets Custodian
Major Accountabilities:
- Responsible for running standard cost in SAP system.
- Perform cost and inventory analysis, as part of month-end closing.
- Provide variance analysis by monitoring the standard and actual cost, in order to get the accurate product costing.
- Responsible for monthly Sandoz Product Margin Reporting (SPMR) submission.
- Responsible for annual inventory stock take to ensure the accuracy of inventory report.
- Responsible in maintaining full sets of accounts for manufacturing operations in accordance with NAM and Sandoz’ Total Product Costing Manual (“TPCM”).
- Responsible for accurate Fixed Assets record, valuation and administration in line with NAM and GAAP.
- Coordinate regular fixed assets stock-taking.
- Ensure internal control procedures are met in accordance to local SOPs and TPCM.
Ideal Background :
- Education (minimum/desirable):
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- CMA or CPMA will be an advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
Experience:
- Possess 3-5 years experience in inventory costing and cost center accounting in multinational manufacturing environment or public accounting firm.
- Possess relatively a good understanding of operational processes of a manufacturing company.
- Proficient with ERP/SAP application.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Marketing Assistant
Job Purpose:
- Under Marketing Services Manager’s supervision, responsible for assisting Marketing team’s promotional activities, including promotional materials and promotional programs.
Major Accountabilities:
- Assist Marketing team in producing, managing inventory and coordinating the distribution of promotional materials for key products: detail aid, patient brochures, and brand reminders.
- Assist Marketing team in sending messages through sms / email to the customers
- Assist Marketing team in doing internal/ external market research, whenever necessary
- Assist Marketing team in maintaining operational assets including LCD projectors, cameras, and Body Fat Analyser.
Requirement :
- Having 1 year experience in Administrative area

FIELD TRAINING OFFICER
Job Purpose:
- Under Training and Medical Manager’s supervision, the field training officer will be responsible for deliver of training programs, coaching of field based associates in key competencies, identify associates training needs and develop an agreed action plan to improve associates competency. Assisting the Training and Medical Manager in developing training materials which are relevant and provide in-field training support to field based associates.
Major Accountabilities:
- Providing classroom style training to the field based sales force.
- Involve in the induction training for new field based associates.
- Field coaching ( work with days ) to develop the skill level of field based associates using JVEF (Join Visit Evaluation Form) as the basis of field training and evaluation.
- Ensure and monitor role play activity in close collaboration with the Area Managers.
- Field monitoring of SP3 promotional compliance & coaching associates in appropriate behaviour and execution.
- Assist Training and Medical Manager in developing a training needs analysis so the field force development areas can be identified and training materials developed.
- Send the competence database report to Training and Medical Manager quaterly.
- Assist Training and Medical Manager in formulating a training framework and materials.
Background
Education :
- Medical Doctor, Bachelor in Medical School, Physiology, Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing Care, or Physiotherapy
Experience:
- 2-3 years experiences in sales, medical, training or product management and having 1 year experience as Field Trainer in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in sales department of pharmaceutical industry would be an additional advantage
- Requirement :
- Age 25 - 35 years old
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as medical knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Internet Explorer and Adobe
