Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Consultant (code: JPS-AX)
Microsoft Dynamics Axapta – Technical Consultants
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• At least 2 years experience on Ms Dynamics Axapta implementation (financial/manufacturing/distribution/retail/professional services)
• Thorough understanding ERP systems, especially Ms Dynamics Axapta technically and have deep knowledge of established programming procedures, programming languages, programming logic and codes.
• Have strong knowledge on programming X++ and MorphX and Ms AX Customizations
• Have good knowledge of database, such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle
• Good in communication skill: fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory
• Must be creative, able to work independently, diligent, hardworking person and teamwork
• Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
• Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any technical problem.
• Willing to travel and have high flexibility on project allocation.

Microsoft Dynamics Axapta – Functional Consultants
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Accounting / Industry Technology from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• At least 2 years experience on Ms Dynamics Axapta implementation (financial/manufacturing/distribution/retail/professional services)
• Implement Ms AX Solutions to deliver tangible, sustainable business benefits.
• Have good knowledge of presales, demonstration experience, technical proposal writing, and general consulting skills.
• Experience on designing, configuring and customizing Ms Dynamics Axapta
• Good in communication skill: fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory
• Must be creative, able to work independently, diligent, hardworking person and teamwork
• Have high commitment to meet project’s target and deadline.
• Ability to think, analyze and recommend solutions to any technical problem.
• Willing to travel and have high flexibility on project allocation.

ORACLE FUNCTIONAL & TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (JPS-Ora)
Functional Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• Having experience in Information System Design/Development/Maintenance
• Having strong understanding in Basic Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Having exposure to ERP, especially Oracle Financials
• Understanding and able to set up Oracle Payables Concepts (Invoice, Payment, Tax and Aging)
• Understanding and able to set up Oracle Receivable Concepts (Transaction, Receipt, Accrue Revenue and Aging)
• Understanding and able to set up Oracle Assets Concepts  (Depreciation Method, Commercial, Tax Book)
• Understand and able to set up Oracle Cash Management Concepts (Bank Reconciliation, Cash Positioning)

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related areas with GPA min 3.0
• Min.3 years experience as an Oracle Developer
• Strong knowledge and skill in programming, databases and platforms, specific skills needed:
• Web Programming: HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Visual Basic 6
• Microsoft .NET Framework using C# as programming language

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING TEAM


ACCOUNTING STAFF - PROJECT BASED (CODE: JPS - ACC)
 Requirement:

• Female, max 30 years old
• Holds a Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Understand updated tax regulation & Policy
• Holding Brevet A/B certification will be an advantage
• Previous experience in maintaining financial audit process is a must
• Able to prepare the financial reports

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE STAFF - PROJECT BASED (CODE: JPS - AR)
 Job Description:

• input / verify the whole transactional to system Oracle Financial (ORAFIN) as the schedule required.
• Creating invoice in Oracle System
• Follow up Outstanding invoice
• Maintain general ledger (create the detail of B/S, reconciliation with sub ledger, filing system initiative).
• Responsible for scheduling of issuing monthly report as the schedule regulation.

 Requirement:

• Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Min. 2 (two) years experience in Accounting area (especially in GL).
• Understanding about reporting (financial statement).
• Understanding about tax regulation.
• Fluent  in English (Oral & written) will be an advantage.

Basic Requirement:

• Computer literate and familiar with Oracle Accounting Application System will be an advantage
• Detail, Honest, and Good Communication
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Energetic, meticulous, and initiative
• Patient, hard working and full dedicated
• Fast learner, innovative, self motivated and have a result-driven attitude
