Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia consists of three companies, namely PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia and PT Star Engines Indonesia. The Jakarta office is conveniently located at the prestigious Deutsche Bank building in Jakarta, while our 42-hectare plant is in Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor, and our After-Sales office is located in Ciputat.

PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is a 100% foreign investment company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart (89,21%) and Daimler Project Consult, Germany (10,79%). It is the Sole Agent, Assembler and Manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz in Indonesia.

PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia is a joint venture company, owned by Daimler AG, Stuttgart (43%), PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia (52%) and the Indonesian partner Mr. Iwan Valiant Joesoef, Jakarta (5%). It is the main distributor for PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia, responsible for marketing of Mercedes-Benz products in Indonesia


Training, Organization and Suggestion System Specialist (TOS)
(Jawa Barat - Desa Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor)
Responsibilities:

  • To analyze training needs for all organization based on Performance Appraisal and Individual Development Plan (IDP), and to help any department which need help in doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the employees.
  • To develop Annual In-house Training Plan based on training needs.
  • To search suitable training vendors and actively involve in vendor selection together with Procurement Dept.
  • To ensure that all training activities are well organized and well administered using eTRAIN, including the documentation and the report of training effectiveness.
  • To create and maintain Organization Structure based on procedure and to ensure that the up-dated Organization Structure always available in Intranet as scheduled.
  • To ensure the effective implementation of Suggestion System program, starting from socialization, compilation, verification until payment.


Requirements:
Educational level / Training:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Business Administration or other Social Science.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Specific Knowledge and Skills
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Familiar with Training Needs Analysis and Training Management
  • Familiar with Continuous Improvement concept (Suggestion System, Kaizen, etc.)
  • High skilled in Interpersonal Relationship and Communications  (people and customer oriented person)
  • Fast learner.






Office Planning Staff (OPS)
(Jawa Barat - Desa Wanaherang, Gunung Putri, Bogor)
Responsibilities:

  • To ensure proper, ergonomics and efficient working environment.
  • To plan and monitor implementation of concepts & ideas for office reorganization, rearrangement, revision and office accessories maintenance project.
  • To supervise the work of project vendor in project execution.


Requirements:
Educational level / Training:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design or related fields.
  •  Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar position or having strong interest in office planning project.
  • Experience in supervising and coordinating with office project vendor.
  • Specific Knowledge and Skills
  • Familiar with AutoCAD or other architectural software.
  • Familiar with Project Management.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good English communication skill, both oral and written.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 & 140001. Good leadership skill.
