Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through optimal portfolio management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
Field Collector (FC)
(Jabodetabek)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling accounts receivable problem. Daily tasks include monitoring bucket problems accounts and find the best way of doing billing of customers who can not meet its obligations, in accordance with applicable procedures and still maintain the quality of service.
