8. Opening new, potential shipping routes and establish new representative offices in line with the development of regional autonomy.
9. Developing competencies of Human Resources and management information system that oriented to operational system effectiveness and efficiency.

Temas Line is among the first Indonesian shipping line to offer containerized cargo service. Initiated its operational activities with chartered vessel, Temas Line then expanded to become a market leader in the domestic, fully-containerized shipping industry, supported by a modern fleet and cargo loading and discharging facilities, with 25 fleet of vessels, and container supply numbering 25.160 Teus and 23.627 box. The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port to ensure fast and efficient container transportation and has one of the most complete lines of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services.

Claim Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine), Law or equivalent.
• GPA Min. 2.80 from reputable universities
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Have experiences as a claim officer is a plus
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Fluent both written and spoken English
• Strong analytical, accurate, and diligent
• Good personility, integrity, responsible and loyal

Marketing Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Requirements:

• Female, age between 23 - 33 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having experience min 1 year as Marketing (experience in shipping line would be an advantage).
• Capable in operating computer program i.e. Excel Word and Power Point.
• Able to communicate in English, possess good communication skill and clerical skill.
• Have strong logical thinking & analytical skills, team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship, honest, self initiative and have good motivation.
• 1 Full-Time position available.

Desk Collection Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Requirements:

• Female, maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• 1 Full-Time positions available
• Can join immidiately

Crewing Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Handling HR matters for marine crew including but not limitted to crew recruitment, remuneration, crew manning and development
• Preparing yearly crew budget and monitoring crew cost
• Ensuring smoothly operation of crew management
• Ensuring pre or post medical in accordance with the requirement and standard
• Ensuring crew competencies and performance are well managed
• Proposing crew management policy for process improvement
• Ensuring compliance of drug and alcohol testing for all vessels
• Ensuring crew morale are in accordance with the company’s values and standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Sea Transportation or Marine
• Min 5 years relevant experience of marine crew management in maritime industry
• Preferably extensive knowledge in shipping company
• Perform good communication, interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong leadership and managerial skill
• English proficiency both spoken and written
• Good analytical thinking and computer literate with good reporting skill

Cost Control Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:

• Calculation of cost budget planning
• Analyze and make comparison between budget and actual expense:
• Process Capital Expenditure and control

Requirements:

• Male or female, max 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management with GPA min 3.00
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Thorough knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Computer literate and familiar with finance and accounting software

HR Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handling HR administrative (prepare employee matters announcement, calculating overtime, employee services, etc)
• Preparing HR monthly report
• HR filling and documentation

Requirements:

• Male or female, age between 22 - 27 years old.
• Bachelor Degree from any major with min GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting software
• English proficiency

Finance and Accounting Staff

• Prepare monthly financial report per voyage for all branches
• Report consolidation
