Plant Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years experience in maintenance, troubleshouting, repairing, planning, and manage assets of heavy equipments
- Or 3-5 years experience as Superintendent in Plant Department at mining contractors
- Familiar with wide range of heavy equipments maintenance program including Excavator, Bulldozer, Dump Truck, Motor Grader, for various brand: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi & Volvo.
- Experience in the maintenance management and system
- Fluently in English
Drilling & Blasting Engineer
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Drilling & Blasting Engineer in mining industry.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Good analytical and marketing-evaluation skills.

Mine Operation Supervisor
(Project Site (Kalimantan))
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering
- Min 4 years experience in the mining industry, with 2 years as Mine Operation Supervisor in mining contractors
- Having a good understanding of wide range mining operation
- Willingness to be placed in remote area (Kalimantan)
Mine Foreman
(Jakarta Raya - Kalimantan Timur)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Mine Foreman in mining contractor.
- Preferable has ability to operate minimum 1 type of excavator unit and 1 type of haul truck.
- Has good knowledge of general mining operational concept such OB Productivity, Coal Productivity, Road Maintenance, etc.
Asset Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Providing proactive asset management support and leadership in enhancing the value of assets under management which includes yield enhancement, repositioning and asset (re-development) programs;
- Providing performance reporting of assets under management including overseeing asset management accounting;
- Providing financial analyses, investment underwriting, due diligence and other proactive asset management duties as required.
- Assist in enhancing processes, methods, models, benchmarking and knowledge in maximizing asset and portfolio returns.
- Assist in presentations to prospective clients and investor relations.
- Any other asset management and investor/client related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree in reputable university (both local and overseas); master graduated would be an advantage.
- Having 15 years experience on related position.
- Have a great knowledge about Heavy Equipment.
- Positive attitude, strong Interpersonal and communication skills, especially with third parties & related institutions.
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
