SAP Analyst,OSM
(Sumatera Utara - Medan, Indonesia)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing support to end users in area of SAP Operations and/or Applications.
- Responsible for day to day support of SAP operations
- Attend to end user queries and requests and recommend solutions
- Provide functional and technical support on SAP solutions to business process
- Perform system feasibility studies, analysis and design to meet user requirements and application
- Design, configure, code and test programs to support the application systems development plan
- Participate in rollout, enhancement and upgrade projects as and when they arise
Requirements:
- Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering) /Computer Science or equivalent
- Candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Has strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently & effectively as a team.
- Able to think creatively and solve complex technical problems
- Able to work in multi-national team under pressure and within tight deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skill, ability to communication effectively with people from all levels and culture
- Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
