Sales Administration
Job Desc :

  • Support partners in administrative requirements for projects, such as supporting letter, and other necessary documents.
  • Record all sales performance into database in order to update all data accurately and timely.
  • Provide sales performance report to be submitted to Superior for reviewing.
  • Support sales team in administrative requirements for projects, such as supporting letter, and other necessary documents, and put into the filing system orderly


Requirement :

  • Female, max 29 years old, minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Management/ Accounting, min. 2 years experiences as Sales
  • Admin/Support from IT Company / FMCG, Good in Excel, detail-oriented, proactive and initiative


Second Level Specialist (Server)
Analyze and handle all issues which related to technical and quality issues of SERVER products in order to support the technical and quality solution in a proper manner and aligned with the prevailing procedure.

Job Responsibility :

  • Handle all special case SERVER unit problem which can not be solved by engineer that related to technical, product, and quality issue so as to meet customer expectation.
  • Escalate all of the special case unit which related to quality issues to
  • Asia Pacific team so as to achieve the compliance level.
  • Up date technical information regarding service operation matters from AAP or local to Service Operation department effectively.
  • Provide recommended solution to On Site Service regarding special unit case to be repaired in order to meet the agreed level of SLA & CSI.
  • Develop and provide technical training modules as curriculum needed in order to level up engineer and front liner's skills
  • Conduct training for product and technical update to engineer and technical group in order to improve their performance so as to support the achievement of department objective.
  • Perform random testing on RMA unit before sending to local vendor in order to ensure QC process by engineer accurately
  • Review and conduct testing on new product  in order to ensure  the availability of  information  (specification & feature ) and general trouble shooting of the new SERVER product
  • Provide quality  report (local and global)  to be submitted to Superior for reviewing and decision making process
  • Work closely with corporate sales in term of testing on SERVER unit,
  • technical support, and unit installation  in order to ensure availability
  • of after sales service and brand awareness

Qualification

  • Formal Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Computer Engineering.
  • Working Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as 2nd level support of SERVER product
  • Experience in handling, maintain, repair SERVER products
  • Detail-oriented and customer service excellence
  • Preferably male


Territory Sales Manager (Jakarta / Bandung / Yogyakarta / Palembang / Makassar)
Job Desc :

  • Develop an annual business plan (sales target, capability of Master Dealer & Elite Partner in territory, market ) for assigned Master Dealer  and
  • Elite Partner in order to achieve the assigned sales target
  • Coordinate, monitor, and motivate Master Dealer and Elite Partner in each territory in order to achieve the assigned sales target through market penetration or reseller gathering.
  • Review sales performance of Master Dealer and Elite Partner in each territory in short term in order to determine action plan or improvement plan of their performance.
  • PrElite Partnerare regular performance and status rElite Partnerort of sales activities compare to the agreed sales target and any deviations if any to superior, in order to support Superior in making the right decisions and action plan
  • Use allocated budget for implementation of sales program effectively and efficiently in accordance with the agreed budget in order to achieve the assigned sales target.
  • Maintain good relationship with Master Dealer & Elite Partner in order to build loyalty toward Acer and increase Customer Satisfaction.


Requirement :

  • Formal Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Information Technology or Management from reputable University
  • Working Experience:Minimum 3 years working experience in sales business in IT or
  • Electronic/customer electronics industry Result-oriented, initiative, good communication and interpersonal skill

Event Specialist
Organize and execute the implementation of all events programs based on user request to support related department (i.e., sales team) withinorganization so as to meet user's and company's expectation.

Job Responsibility :

  • Provide recommendation to user (i.e., sales team) on the event to be, executed and accommodate necessary things which relates to the event in order to support the successful of the event program.
  • Propose a proper venue, run down, and time estimation of the event to be executed to user so as to ensure the event is met user expectation as well as budget.
  • Deal and brief with other related parties for the event program (i.e., hotel, agency, EO, etc) to ensure the event execute is met user expectation and in line with the objective of the program.
  • Collaborate with other related medias in relation with the event promotion program (i.e., university sponsorship) to ensure all the information of the program spread widely.
  • Prepare promotion material (BTL - banner) to ensure the execution of event program meet with the agreed target.


Qualification
Formal Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Communication
  • Working Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in agency, handling big event for IT /
  • Telecommunication client
  • Passionate, Well-organized and detail oriented

Account Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Develop assigned account in order to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Build and maintain existing customer in order to increase customer loyalty and achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Work closely with Marketing Communication team to execute
  • Marketing Activity Program on potential area which can be developed to be new account in order to increase the number of existing account to achieve the agreed sales target.
  • Communicate with existing customer regularly in order to update any information related to the existing project and obtain any issues of the products to be solved properly.
  • Set up monthly meeting with Acer Elite Partner in order to get updating information related with development of AEP Program or other project which need AEP support and to meet AEP needs
  • Coordinate with 3rd party to meet good relationship with Customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Determine the right Partner for giving support and providing company products to customer in order to achieve the agreed sales target
  • Liaise with Sales Administration and Logistic Department in order to monitor sales administration and ACER's product delivery to ensure delivery process to Customer on schedule

Requirements:

  • To be placed in Jakarta
  • 5 (five) years experience in Sales in IT industry and 3 (three) years in Account Manager position with strong exposure in government and/or education
  • With background education min Bachelor degree
  • Preferably able to handle customer
  • Ability to lead the solution team
  • Have a strong business relationship and networking with public / private sector
  • Have the capability to professionally approach, persuade, propose and closing deals
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment


Product Manager - Commercial
Job Summary :
Assist superior in developing product strategies and managing portfolio for notebook to earn a respectable market shares in Indonesia, including preparing report to be approved for product forecasting and product planning in order to achieve the assigned target.

Job Responsibility :

  • Develop and execute short term strategic plan (3 to 6 months ahead) for the assigned product so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company's objective.
  • Maintain effective communication with Acer Headquarter in order to gather information regarding HQ's product strategy, product updates, and product availabilities for notebook, and to ensure the smoothness of forecasting process.
  • Prepare a good product forecast and stock planning for notebook to be approved by superior in order to achieve the agreed target (revenue and GP)
  • Provide quarterly and yearly Product Portfolio, Product  Comparison
  • Updates, and Product Positioning reports for notebook to be approved by superior in order to develop a proper and effective Product Strategy.
  • Provide allocation plan for the allocated notebooks from HQ in order to fulfill the need of every forecaster
  • Assist superior in monitoring Project Stock (notebook) in order to prevent stock from aging
  • Provide Monthly Distribution Product Planning for notebook to Acer's distributor in order to achieve individual & department's agreed target (revenue and GP)

Requirement :
Formal Education:
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing
Working Experience:
Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in IT industry especially hardware as a Product Marketing with exposure in assisting commercial team
Highly analytical with strong math skills
Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy

Territory Sales Manager
Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1),  from any discipline (IT, Management or Engineering would be an advantage)
  • Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
  • Min. 5 years experience in Sales Business in IT or Electronic/Consumer electronics industry with at least 2 years experience in area/ territory sales management
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic and requirements
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales target
  • Strong analytical and high impact leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team Player and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Having own vehicle and willing to travel





System Specialist
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet users' requirement and expectations
  • Monitor the business benefit in order to realize process improvements
  • Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice
  • Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation
  • Monitor the business production system performance to ensure user/customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and resolve user request and issue from assignment to completion
  • Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution
  • Train users to work with computer systems and applications
  • Maintain and document user profile/authorization with regard to IT business applications
  • Perform necessary user account review with respect to employee mutation or resignation
  • Ensure new application developed is compatible with the existing infrastructure
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards
  • Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system,
  • also liaise with system administrator for verification

Requirements

  • Male / Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Information Management / Engineering / Science from reputable University
  • Min. 1 year experience in SQL or Microsoft .NET
  • Skills in programming (.NET, SQL Server) is essential
