Program Manager Laser Beam for Rabobank Foundation
(Nusa Tenggara Timur - Kupang)
Responsibilities:

• Establishing a program of cooperative support and micro financing activities in Kupang within a private-public-partnership to reduce malnutrition
• Supporting the UN-secretariat with knowledge and engagement strategies of cooperative farming and micro-financing
• Monitoring the progress of the projects supported by Rabobank Foundation
• Identifying interesting new partner organisations for Rabobank Foundation
• Assessing and performing a due diligence of new partner organisations
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses in the support given to partner organisations to improve their performance; reporting the findings to the Rabobank Foundation
• Share the philosophy of Rabobank Foundation with other partners

Requirements:

• University level in Economics, Business Administration or Finance & Accounting
• Experience with community based agricultural projects in rural areas
• Experience with working in a dense net of partner organisations including UN organisations
• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in rural banking and agricultural credit, of which several years in Indonesia
• Experience in monitoring microfinance programs, assessing and benchmarking organisations
• Team player, able to deal with complexity, solution oriented working style
• Fluent English and Indonesian writing and speaking skills
• Office computer skills
• Indonesian citizenship
