Sahabat UKM is a savings and loan business unit which is based on both conventional and Sharia system. It is founded with the spirit of "from us for us". Our objectives are:
• Supporting the micro & small entrepreneurs growing to become larger scale entrepreneurs
• Empowering youth and women to become independent entrepreneurs
Sahabat UKM is bridging the deposit clients and selected micro/small entrepreneurs by channeling the saving funds from depositors in order to promote the SME sector in Indonesia. Besides the access to capital, Sahabat UKM also provides training, consultancy and business networks.
As the manifestation of our dedication, Sahabat UKM is consistently providing the broadest access of financing for low income people, youth and women to engage in small business enterprises (SMEs). On the other hand, Sahabat UKM also encourages them to love disciplined saving, so that someday they could become big and independent business on their own strength.
Direct contribution of Sahabat UKM to the development of youth in Indonesia is to provide venture capital and intellectual capital, through a program called the "Fostering". It will directly provide training, empowerment and business for communities in the SME sector.
Sahabat UKM also provides financing for women in groups (Kwantren Models) or as an individual which is equipped with business training for the potential women who have strong motivation to improve their standard of living.
The support of Sahabat UKM for small entrepreneurs is realized with the 3-party cooperation among the retailers, local government and Sahabat UKM in order to revitalize and to finance the entrepreneurial stalls / kiosks
Officer Development Program-Account Officer (Code: ODP-AO)
Qualification Requirements:
- Passed from formal educational institutions equivalent D3/S1 with GPA min. 2.5
- Willing to follow the education program and placed in accordance with the provisions and the needs of companies
- Maximum age 25 years
- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Pass the entrance selection tests
Management Development Programme (Code: MDP)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating and monitoring the sales team for women in the micro sector of the branch including customer portfolio management at local outlets
Qualification Requirements:
- Passed from formal educational institutions equivalent to S1 with GPA min. 2.75
- Willing to follow the education program and placed in accordance with the provisions and the needs of companies
- Maximum age 25 years
- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Pass the entrance selection tests
FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Code: FA - KP) Location: Head Office - Jakarta
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Doing the whole process of accounting and financial transactions as a whole in accordance with the existing business segment in the Company
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum S-1
- Work experience in a related field of at least 1 -2 years
- Preferably from local residents at Branch SME FRIENDS
- Have the interest, knowledge and skills in community development, micro finance and Shariah-based conventional
- Healthy physical & spiritual
- Pass the entrance selection tests
Sales Team Leader (Code: TLK - JT) Location: towns in East Java
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and monitoring the sales team for women in the micro sector of the branch including customer portfolio management at local outlets
