Issue Management Analyst

Responsibilities:
Issue Management Analyst will be responsible to monitor and implement consumer-related affairs as to restrain complaints from escalating and damaging the company’s brand reputation.

Issue Management Analyst is responsible for:

  • Monitor and analyze the improvement process of managing customer service performance in order to obtain effective and efficient customer service process
  • Handle and settle all consumer inquiries/complaints associated with CCBI’s (Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia) products, services and other related matters by educating the consumer on CCAI’s product and services
  • Liaise closely with QA section in handling and managing unfavorable situations related to product complaints, ensuring that management is advised appropriately should issues escalate to potential crisis
  • Measure, analyze and improve Customer Satisfaction outcomes in order to protect company's long term reputation
  • Monitor and control of updated TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) IMCR (Incident Management & Crisis Resolution) implementation and trainings across CCAI in order to maintain organization stability during the crisis period and the impact on corporate image
  • Plan and develop trainings and refresher courses for front liners to improve Issues handlings with main objective to minimize unsettled cases
  • Maintain updated and comprehensive monthly report regarding issue management and give analysis and recommendation for continuous system improvements
  • Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  • Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken


Requirements:
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
Holding minimum a bachelor degree from reputable university from any relevant major
Having 5 years of working experience in Corporate Affairs / Public Relations/ communication areas
Excellent knowledge of brand awareness also outstanding conflict resolutions, crisis management and project management skill

Cost Controller for Manufacture (Cibitung Area)

Responsibilities:

  • Cost Controller for Manufacture will Provide commercial support to manufacturing and warehouse function in Cibitung through the provision of analysis, financial insight, strategic direction and compliance advice to ensure proper allocation of company resources.


Requirements:

  • Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
  • Holding bachelor degree from Economics / Management / Accounting or any relevant major from reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in commercial or finance environment

Technical Competencies:

  • P/L Statements, Balance Sheets, Cashflow statements
  • Spreadsheeting to moderate level
  • Systems knowledge of Oracle, SAP, other
