Electrician for Heavy Equipment
Jakarta Raya - Port of Tanjung Priok

  • Age between 23-45 years
  • Education D3 / S1 majoring Electro Polytechnic, with min GPA: 2.75
  • Experience 1-5 years in the company operating heavy equipment such as QC, RMGC, HMC, Reach Staeker)
  • Willing to work shift & can speak English, min passive
  • Understand the analogy of the PLC control system (Siemens) and DC Drives and converters (static and rotating), electronic charts and troubleshooting

  • Role as Organizational Development and Training
  • Assists in Organizational Development Activities such as Job Analysis and Job Evaluation based on competency, to ensure organization effectiveness
  • To conduct TNA
  • To plan, develop and evaluate training
  • Analyze and give recommendation on Centralized HR Services & Operations process improvement
  • To build procedures or revise existing procedures according to analysis result


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor specializing in Training and Organizational Development or SOP Specialist
  • Experienced in ISO would be an advantage

IT Support Staff
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya)

  • Support company client’s user
  • Support desktop system (PC, printer, O/S, application)
  • Prepare new PC for replacement
  • Printer setting and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and/or update for latest antivirus pattern
  • Daily monitoring, provide daily summary report and monthly report with detail issue log


  • Age between 22 – 32 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with Information Technology background
  • Having good knowledge of computer (hardware, software, and operating system), networking and security (networking, TCP/IP, cabling)
  • Minimum two years experience as first level IT support with Branch IT users or more
  • Having experience in system monitoring (email, network, virus monitoring), application and support such as Web application, Citrix, MS Office, MS Outlook and intranet System
  • MS Application to support daily job (MS Excel, Word, PP)
  • Willing to work under pressure
