The coal mining business strategy was chosen as this is parallel to the Indonesian Government energy policy which stipulated that coal become second priority of energy sources after oil. In the mid of 2002 to further develop the company into an efficient and liable company, a new management and organization structure were established. The Newly appointed members of The Board of management are the person who committed to the company themselves that the company had to grow not only for the benefits of the shareholder and employees, but also of the other stakeholders at present and futures.   • Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
  • Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee

  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants

System Analyst

This position will support the Application Suite Owners and users to maximize company's return on investment from IT systems and projects seeking to :

  • Enable business transformation and innovation working with business users to identify opportunities where IT could improve productivity, lower coast, and increase efficiency
  • Enhance users' experience: people, projects, processes, and support
  • Increase IT productivity and efficiency
  • Archieve IT strategy objectives; and
  • Align the IT solutions to the corporate enterprise architecture

Responsibilities include :

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand users requirements, translating specifications and test scripts required for system development and deployment
  • Oversee in software analysis, design, development, unit testing and systems integration for new projects and enhancement requests
  • As the SUbject Matter Expert for the supported application systems
  • Manage technical resolution in UAT and Production Implementation
  • Ensuring 24x7 applications availability and applications performance
  • Ensure application security, audit & peocess compliance for systems under his/her charge


  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Having 3-5 years within the mining industry, Information Technology, or systems engineering
  • Having 3-5 years involved in business analysis, solution design and/or project management
  • Having 3-5 years experience in SLDC experience with exposure to complex landscape
  • Involved in at least one cycle or ERP implementation such as SAP, Axapta, or Oracle
