HR SSC Assistant (jkt based)
Job description:

  • Handling all HR routine work such as  HR Monthly Plan,local employeedatabase, follow up enrollment.
  • Handing the Clearance and Transfer procedure. Handling all reference letter and announcement.
  • Handing the local employee contract including sign the  contract withthe new employee,provide  consult  to employee,manage the contract extension and so on.
  • Cooperate the business divisions and headquarter to finish relatedjobs.
  • Handing the HR emergency related issues

Job Specification:

  • Min. Bachelor degree
  • Can speak English
  • Have good communication skill and filing database
  • Has experience in  HR or related.
  • Can work in team with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in  English and mandarin speaking


  • Support the logistic administration job.
  • Manage inventory management for main warehouse, region warehouse, sparepart warehouse.
  • Monitoring delivery equipment day by day


  • Male / Female max 30 years
  • Degree in administration or logistic with minimum GPA of 2.75/4.00
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate others experienced in project management
  • Have basic logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and  procurement processes
  • Proficient in English, mandarin is a must
  • Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in admin or logistic.
