Social Audit Administrator
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and follow up social audit process for vendors
- Main contact for vendors, auditors and L’oreal
- Follow up audit result, report and discuss next step with Purchasing Manager
- Update report to Zone social audit owner as needed
Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Education
- Majoring in Communication/ Finance/ Legal
- Working experience min 1 year from Purchasing/Admin
- Preferably from Consumer Goods or Food business
- English is a must, good understanding written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Strong in interpersonal skill, good follow through, detailed, and can work independently
Assistant Controller
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Check, interpret and post transactions for company finances and goods to compile accounts and records for financial management
- Help draw up budgets and plans (compiling and monitoring management charts, updating data and indicators needed for management and budget control)
- Monitor daily expenditure by operational staff (check orders prior to validation to ensure internal control)
- Ensure end-of-month account checking and reconciliation reports for expenses incurred/listed, checking miscellaneous transactions, etc)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Clever with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Good with numbers
- Good at follow up
